If there was a possibility of zero stars, I set it that way. The consultation was absolutely useless - I didn't understand anything. For the order, they sent me to scour marketplaces on my own, refusing to give me the article number. Customers are not appreciated here.

A very interesting story happened with my bag in Grodno, my accessories quickly fell into disrepair when opening and closing the bag , literally in a couple of weeks of use, I turned to the store , allegedly they took me to change it under warranty , gave me a ready-made one with a protective film on the accessories , I did not check immediately , put the bag in the closet , did not use it for a long time with a bag , and the other day I was shooting a film , surprise , no one even replaced anything , it is impossible to damage nothing more than one in one , as it was originally , how is it ? Don't you care about reputation? I don't recommend this network. To say that I'm upset is not to say anything .

I bought a bag. I came home, and the fittings were already somewhat peeling, I didn't see them in the store, I was upset that they were being sold in this form, and the quality was such that it came in a negative form already standing in the store. There are spots on the buttons. I'm a tourist and I don't have the opportunity to run around. I'll choose a different manufacturer next time.

Explain to the girl who worked on 07/02/2025 how to communicate with customers. It seems to me that sellers don't communicate like this lady in the market. The bags are beautiful, we were choosing them, my daughter wanted to touch them, so she barked at her so much that my daughter burst into tears. In this case, if she really wanted to make a remark, she should have told me, but definitely not to hiss at the child.
