Несколько дней не работает вай-фай. Пытаюсь дозвониться до Летай по горячей линии. Жду по 20 минут, а моя очередь не меняется- более 10🙄. Я думаю, что это сделано специально, чтобы не звонили, а писали в телеге! Почему я должна писать куда-то? Вы- горячая линия! Будьте добры отвечать клиентам!

Хотели подключить интернет, уже месяц не могут прислать специалистов, на сайте горячей линии, оператор отвечает ожидайте, заявка в очереди, конечно очень доооолго!
