We had a vacation this summer (July 2025), the reservation was made back in January, we were a little worried that something would not work out) On the eve of arrival, we called, discussed the transfer, we were met, checked in even a little earlier, the room was cleaned by our arrival. We lived on the 2nd floor, we could see the mountains from the window, and we admired the sunrise every morning. The room and the territory are all as shown in the photos, the sea is nearby). There is a lot of greenery around, a cozy recreation area. Opposite there is a shop and a cafe with delicious khachapuri, you don't have to go far. Large kitchen, good dishes, lots of tables, plenty of room for everyone. A warm, warm atmosphere. Gena took us on excursions to Lake Ritsu and Sukhum. We teamed up with our neighbors, divided the amount for the car in half, and it turned out to be priced like a group car, but in a comfortable car. Gena did not rush, stopped where they wanted and did not impose boring tastings. Let's go back to the "Summer" again, I will recommend it. Thanks to Gene and Arthur!

In August, my husband, son, and I stayed at the Leto Guest house for 10 days. The owners of this house, Gena and Arthur, are wonderful, hospitable and friendly people) Both greeted us warmly, Gena at the train station and drove us comfortably to the place, and Arthur at the guest house. We were accommodated in a cozy, comfortable room with all amenities, there was even a small refrigerator for drinks and fruits) Everything is clean, tidy and very beautiful in the courtyard of the guest house, especially in the evening - like in a fairy tale. The kitchen is shared, but large, so there is always a place for everyone. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the sea) During this time you can enjoy nature. 😁 Thanks to Gene and Arthur for their hospitality and such a warm atmosphere. And special thanks to Gene for an interesting excursion to Lake Ritsa (without unnecessary trips to all sorts of tastings, and for unlimited time to view all this beauty))) The rest was great!!!🙌 Guys, thank you for your concern and positive emotions! We will definitely come to you again

I had a rest in July and was very satisfied. Sincere, attentive, decent, hospitable hosts, you can always ask for advice or just talk. Newly renovated, everything is tasteful, comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, small refrigerator, in a word, the photos correspond to reality. The yard is well maintained, the territory is all green, next to the kitchen there is a beautiful tangerine garden. A cozy home environment and all the conditions for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is especially pleasant to sit with coffee under the tangerines in the heat: mountain air, silence and beauty around. Special thanks to Arthur for the transfer and, of course, for the organized excursions. Huge greetings to Fofonechka, Stepan, Murka, Molly, Vinnie, Pixie and the Musketeers. I spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Alakhadzy in this cozy place! The owners have a great fruit garden, they will always help and will not refuse a request. With children, you can ride boots, horses, go to the mountains, to Rita (Gennady is one of the owners of the house, he just loves to take vacationers there!) I definitely recommend it;)

This year we had a rest in the village of Alakhadzy!!! This is a great place for a quiet and cozy stay with beautiful nature. We lived at 20A Primorskaya Street in the Leto Guest house. This is a paradise, a tangerine corner. We stayed in room 11, it turned out to be the best room for me (with a view of the sea, a tangerine plantation), you leave the room - here are the mountains for you. The room is clean and cozy. We rested for 7 days. After 3 days, the room was cleaned and bed linen and towels were changed. The owners of the guest house (Gena and Arthur) are warm and pleasant people, thank them very much for their hospitality! We were met from the railway station and escorted out. We would like to thank Gene very much for the excursion to the lake. Ritsa, Lake Blue and Milk waterfalls. And, of course, I advise you to visit the apatskha "Amzara" on the lake. The Ritz. This is a great place with Abkhazian cuisine. Very tasty!!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant is located at the top, you can go up the stairs to it, and Gena drove us upstairs (in general, entry there is prohibited, as I understand it, but you can use your own). It was a great trip, filled with positivity, emotions, and a warm atmosphere. I've already decided where I'm going to spend my next vacation. I will definitely return to paradise.

We rest in Abkhazia 2 times. For the first time in the Golden Bay we were at the sanatorium of Moscow State University - everything was great. At the same time, 2022 decided to spontaneously find a place to rest at the end of June in May... It turned out to be not so simple...Book good, Proven places back in January, and we are so fast.. As a result, we delved into reading reviews - the main condition was that we were close to the border, because we were traveling with 2 children of 6 and 8 years old and you never know what (you will feel sick during a long car trip or you will need medical help). We searched in the area of Pitsunda - we liked the beaches there, and we didn't go anywhere especially on our first visit. The choice fell on the village of Alakhadzy, the Summer guest house is not far from the border and 2 Large cities of Pitsunda and Gagra. At first, we looked at where they were Well fed (this turned out not to be too correct, because here in 95% of cases you need to cook yourself and for this each Guest house has a special place with Refrigerators, stoves and various kitchen utensils). We looked at the rooms by size and filling (here there is already something to think about because a double bed can be as big as a bunk bed or maybe, as in Our case, it can safely accommodate a mother and two children -because of which you do not need to pay extra for an additional place in the form of a cot) next, it turned out to be a Super success for Us- There is a refrigerator in the room, it's one thing when there are 2 large shared refrigerators in the shared kitchen, and it's quite another thing when you have your own small refrigerator in your room - cold drinks, chilled vegetables and fruits are always at hand - It's Super!!! There are air conditioners everywhere in the rooms, it's just a necessity. Next, the dining area and Utensils: we had 15 rooms in the building and a huge (I'm not afraid of this word) dining area with 12 separate tables!!! So, I'm sorry, we never jostled with the neighbors, in addition, there were 3 tables on the street: 2 for 4 people and one for 8-10 (this table stood near the barbecue area and it was Super to gather in 3-4 families or companies in the evening). Next, the barbecue area is not just a barbecue on legs, it is a capital structure with a Barbecue, a smoker (where we smoked trout ourselves) and a sink with a faucet!! So far, this is the best solution of such a plan that I have seen in Abkhazia - there was only a separate place for cooking pilaf under the cauldron, but it can be equipped in the barbecue area itself - it is quite large in size. I almost forgot - there is also a Huge (by my standards) tandoor, for those who want and can cook dishes in it. And the main thing that is not visible in any advertisements is that this guest house is located on Primorsky Street, located parallel to the sea and has Its own separate access to the sea!!!!! For those who have not been to Alakhadzy, I will explain - there is a central Shahumyan street, 85% (it seemed to me) of all Alakhadzy guest houses are located on it, and therefore cars constantly drive along it, people walk - in general, life does not stop there even at night, so if you are not used to falling asleep to outside noise - look for the place of residence is on Primorskaya street (our friends with 2 small children moved out of Shahumyan after 2 nights - they could not sleep peacefully). The Internet...it seems that he eats here in every guest house, but in ours you could safely watch streaming video from Zoom Conferences, while others had freezes (our friends told us by comparing access). As a result, I wrote my post for those who relax with children, love peace and not noisy parties, are not looking for 5-star service in Abkhazia and just want to have a good rest at sea. P.S. I forgot to mention - many are afraid of the dirty sea because the Bzyp River flows into the sea not far from here (we were also scared of this). We didn't see any dirt even when there was bad weather and the wind blew into the shore for 2 days. Of course, if you compare it with Pitsunda, then the transparency of the water is better there - this year spring is late here and the Bzyp river carries a lot of water from melting snows and recent rains. But, I repeat, this is not dirt like in Anapa or Sochi or near Big cities on the coast, but a suspension of particles that disappears in the absence of rains or with the arrival of Heat. I chose a place for a quiet family sea holiday for a long time, thoroughly and in advance, and stopped at Alakhadzy. The huge, sparsely populated beach has never disappointed me. Unless it rains and storms... but Alakhadze has nothing to do with it) Wonderful hosts welcomed us at the hotel! Many thanks to them for such a welcome and hospitality. The guest house is always clean, a beautiful well-kept garden, a summer kitchen, new rooms, high-quality furniture, appliances, a good shower room. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea. The guest house and Abkhazia in general made us very happy, we had a great rest! We dream of returning. I would like to note that I booked a room in March and before my arrival in August, the price and all conditions remained unchanged. Unlike our friends who started booking in May, there are no more places in the "Summer" for August. In another hotel, their room had doubled in price by the time they arrived, and at the last moment they had to look for a place to live.

We had a vacation with our daughter in early June. Anya and Suren are wonderful hosts. On the very first day we had an emergency, a cat jumped on the table and broke a mug. I went up to the hostess and told her, I thought maybe I should pay, but Anya said no way. The rooms are clean, fully match the photos, hot and cold water is constantly running. The sea is 7 minutes away from the street. The beach is big. I was very pleasantly surprised that on the day we left, we had a transfer at 15 - 30, went to the sea in the morning, came and gathered calmly, no one evicted us at lunch. I liked everything very much. I recommend it to those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is a cool Pirate friend in the yard.

I didn't like it.We read so many laudatory reviews - we fell for the reviews. It's hard to see on the map, but keep in mind that you will live next to the cemetery, which not everyone will like. After checking into the room, the "extra" sets of towels and toilet paper will be withdrawn from you. Nothing criminal, but the action is strange. The woman who cleans (we understood that this was the mother of the owners) talked to us as if we had asked them to live for free. And Wi-Fi catches very poorly. The tangerine garden is really beautiful, the lighting works at night, it's very cozy.

We have been vacationing in the "Summer" since 2017. Very friendly atmosphere, hospitable and helpful hosts, ready to help in any situation and resolve any issue. The rooms are large, cozy and clean. I will not talk about the quality of bed linen, because the economy room was not worth hoping for the best. But you could put the sheets either in a larger size or on an elastic band. The cleaner had already stopped working, it is clear that there was no question of any change, not even towels. But we are not demanding people, we can do our own laundry, so I do not consider this a problem. But the arrogant attitude of Gennady, one of the owners of the house, caused such dislike that he wanted to stay in the guest house as little as possible. It felt like we were living for free. It is a pity that we did not feel the warm Abkhazian hospitality. Of course, we will come to Abkhazia again, but 100% not to Alakhadze, and even more so not to the Leto guest house.

We are having a rest at a party.Since 2018, every year on the territory of the hotel there are new "buns", the dining area has doubled, the evening lighting is on fire! the Internet is decent, you can buy all the vegetables right from the garden from the owners.We come at any time, you will always be met! the sea is 5 minutes if you forgot something at home, it's not a problem to return, cars don't drive on the road, just the neighbors (( not a race track like everywhere else.
