Персонал вежливый. Подскажет, поможет и предложит, хотя уход некоторых брендов не совсем радует. С минусов - не работающие или зависающие кассы. Хотелось чтобы руководство Лэтуаль решило этот вопрос.

Консультанты не умеют общаться с людьми, начинают работу с одним человеком и резко кидают его и перескакивают на другого. Не консультируют потому что сами ничего не знают, ищи сам как хочешь, но товаров даже самых элементарных в наличии нет, а если заказать, ждать очень долго.
