Кошмар!!! Оставила выбранный товар на кассе (кондиционеры по акции) мне втихаря подменили на шампуни и пытались доказать,что так и было..... хотя я несколько раз проверила,что взяла. После чего мне не списали бонусы при оплате!!! Вообще нонсенс!!!! Мы приехали из далека поэтому не захотела тратить время и поднимать скандал. Хотелось бы чтобы руководство приняло меры. До этого инцидента Лэтуаль был любимым магазином косметики. Жаль....... больше ни ногой

Две кассы работают вместо трёх . Одна касса обслуживает одного человека пол часа примерно , если не горит с покупкой то не тратьте своё время в очереди !
