Кошмар!!! Оставила выбранный товар на кассе (кондиционеры по акции) мне втихаря подменили на шампуни и пытались доказать,что так и было..... хотя я несколько раз проверила,что взяла. После чего мне не списали бонусы при оплате!!! Вообще нонсенс!!!! Мы приехали из далека поэтому не захотела тратить время и поднимать скандал. Хотелось бы чтобы руководство приняло меры. До этого инцидента Лэтуаль был любимым магазином косметики. Жаль....... больше ни ногой

Зашли сегодня в магазин приобрести парфюмерию и посмотреть диффузор для дома. Подошли к консультанту, спросить о диффузоре, на что получили ответ « Девушки, у нас остались только дорогие диффузоры, парфюмированные, вам вот в Ашан надо зайти, там есть». К сожалению не запомнили имя сотрудницы, но после такого заходить в магазин крайне не хочется.
