A great cozy hotel located on the first line, with its own swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue area, gazebo, Playground and most importantly, a responsive hostess who can provide delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend.

Beautiful hotel, pool, beach. Possibility to order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Among the disadvantages: there is no stable Internet, even via Wi-Fi, and the staff is unfriendly (unfortunately, by nationality). Will I go again? Probably not.

The best hotel on Berdyansk Spit. Large clean rooms, fine bed linen. The room is in perfect condition.. A huge beach. Sun beds, umbrellas. A clean, warm pool . And most importantly - amazingly delicious homemade food

I hesitated for a long time with a score between 3 and 4 points. The location is excellent, close to the sea, there is a swimming pool, but what we lacked was at least our own kitchen, at least some kind of breakfast or a first course. The food on order in their "cafe" is about nothing and expensive. Dinner 600₽ two pancakes with meat!!! Breakfast porridge and sausage 500₽. They write about cleaning and cleanliness in the comments, I wonder where people have seen it, or I measure it by Sochi standards, because the prices for a room with such conditions do not reach Sochi and the Crimea, and the price is too high. And so the cleaning is done-cobwebs everywhere, shells with sand on all floors, stairs, rarely cleaned. The room, or rather we took 4 rooms, was a large company, all covered in sand, dust and cobwebs. Dim lights, dirty plumbing, the dryers on the balcony are rusty and broken, the mattresses in all rooms are pressed down with springs. Toilet paper is given to you, no one puts a second roll in reserve, as is customary in hotels, there is no question of a hair dryer. We went to Berdyansk for a low price, but alas, we found Sochi prices, but with the service remaining in the 2000s. Let's go back to this hotel-no. I would also like to add that all the time the owners living on the 1st floor smoke in their rooms and this smell spreads throughout the hotel. Put things in order, update the room stock a little, improve the "cafe" and there will be a candy.
