Good place with good prices

One of the advantages of the hotel is a beautiful courtyard, where there are several tables and you can have breakfast. The breakfasts are served buffet style, quite simple.
The rooms are not new, there was no safe in ours, they asked the reception to resolve the issue, as a result, they were left without a safe.
The tourist fee is $ 20, we stayed at the hotel for two nights, this is the largest fee of all the hotels where we stayed.
The metro is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, I liked the location.

A small hotel on a quiet street near the center. It's nice and cozy inside. The room is quite large with an excellent bed - mattress, pillows, blanket, soft enveloping linen. The bathroom has good plumbing in working order, thick fluffy towels. Slippers, waffle bathrobes (only up to size 48), toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and hair balm, shower gel. Wonderful view from the window to the courtyard. Parking for guests. The staff is very friendly. Good coffee. Breakfast on the 1st floor is full and varied: yogurt, porridge, eggs in 3 types, sliced cheese and sausage, vegetables, fruits, sweets.

Well, such a thing. The main complaint against the staff. This is a classic cliche of a lazy Uzbek. Documents for departure are processed in half an hour. There is no seal at the reception. I went to them in advance and asked them to arrange the documents for departure - my brother said without any problems and put the bolt. Room cleaning is also lame. They don't clean every day. But the colleague did not bring water to the room for three days. So it seems to be clean, but the sediment remains. And a life hack if you still stay here. In any case, do not take rooms with Windows to the courtyard. The ventilation is howling there all night. I had windows to the street and it was normal. Those who lived in the rooms inside complained about the constant noise.

Upon check-in, the staff openly extorted $300 tax for 3 nights!!! Only after swearing they said $30. And that's a lot. They put it in their pocket.
Breakfast is until 10, arrived at 9. There is nothing, no tea, no coffee. Just eggs and apples. The staff spread their hands and said, "What are we going to do, we've eaten everything."
A mattress with a piece of wood inside. The constant feeling that you are sleeping on plywood. They were evicted the very next day. We don't understand why this bottom has such a high rating.

We were at the hotel from Sunday to Monday. Not perfect, but tolerable. The fancy design of the ala "I made it out of what was" has already ceased to surprise. The window is smaller than the prison one, the sink with brown stains at the tap, scary bathrobes that I didn't want to touch and old washed towels didn't spoil our mood.
And it was ruined by a strange girl from the reception, who got something unknown in her head and started calling our room at 7.30 am. The husband, half asleep, picked up the phone. There was silence in response, and the phone was dropped at the other end. We have just started to fall asleep when there is a knock on the door. The lack of response did not bother the knocker. The knocking continued until we finally woke up and opened the door. The receptionist was standing outside the door.
Apparently, it seemed to this person that we sneaked into the hotel bypassing the reception desk at night. She asked us to show her passports. According to her, we took the room key out of thin air or broke the lock. She didn't bother to check anything on the system and started breaking into the guests early in the morning. As a result, we have a spoiled morning and spend the whole day on smarts.
We did not receive an apology from either the girl or the hotel.
P.S. breakfast is very meager, coffee and juices (as much as 2) are especially saved.

I put three stars only for the reception staff - so I would have put only one.

Instead of breakfast, they asked for lunch boxes, but they forgot to make them

A good hotel with a short stop for 1-3 nights, clean rooms of a normal size, a very decent breakfast with fresh fruits, convenient location.
The only drawback that you should pay attention to when choosing is unrealistically hard mattresses, you can sleep on the floor with about the same success, there will be a minimum of differences. It might be a plus for someone, I couldn't stand it for more than a couple of nights. However, hard mattresses are often found in Uzbek hotels, maybe this is a national feature.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to!
The service is terrible!
During my 8-day stay:
There was no kettle for water in the room, and every day I ask the administration to provide it to me, but to no avail!
They don't serve drinking water in the room!
They changed the towels only once and only after asking to change them many times.
They insisted on paying in cash, although when I booked the room, they said that you can pay with a card
The staff is not very polite

I don't know who assigns stars to hotels, but it's definitely not five stars. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mattresses are just tin, torture for the whole night, it's impossible to sleep, you sleep like on the floor, why spend money on a bed at all. We came for breakfast, and I'm sorry there's nothing to eat, we've already eaten everything before you. Something like this.

Cozy rooms. Polite staff. It is always clean and smells nice. There is a lounge in the well, in the courtyard, not a big one, but after work you can sit with colleagues and discuss the day.
The pool is small, like a Jacuzzi)
The gym consists of three simulators. The cuisine is delicious, but there is no choice.
There are hotels in this area for the same money, but more saturated. And since I'm at work, I don't have to choose.
In general, staying for a couple of weeks is a great option.

We stopped by, the towel was not changed, the bathrobes were the same. (Robes 44p m . One without a belt)
The kettle has not been washed since the opening day-scale. Water was not brought on the first day, but on the second day they put 2 bottles. It's leaking from under the tub.
Mattresses for an amateur are hard. The bathroom is not big.

The towels are in the same condition. The room is small, but this is not a problem if you stay for 1-2 nights. There is a swimming pool, a gym, next to a cafe. You can't hear the neighbors behind the wall, it's okay to relax. There were no chairs in our room, things could not be hung. In the basement of the cafe. Breakfast is normal, you can eat enough.

A week spent at this hotel turned into a nightmare thanks to the irresponsible staff. The friendly guys at the reception give a false impression of the quality of service. The reality is this: cleaning the room had to be begged several times, and when it was finally done, it was very superficially and slowly. It was impossible to sleep because of the very hard mattresses and soft pillows. The breakfasts were meager and tasteless, with the exception of fruits, which were often not the first freshness. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rating in Yandex Maps misled me.

Very mixed impressions of the hotel. We stayed from April 24 to May 6.
Read great reviews on. Ostrovok.ru.
But the reality turned out to be much worse.
1. The bed is infernally hard. It is simply contraindicated for people with back and neck problems. You can survive 2-3 days, but more is a horror.
2. the staff does not know how to clean. Then the garbage will not be thrown out, then they will forget to bring towels, then toilet paper, then water.
The plumbing was not washed. Or they washed it only after you complained. The bed linen was changed a week after the complaint.
If you call the reception, there is an immediate reaction, everything will be brought. But you don't.
3. There is no bar, you cannot order food in the room.
4. At breakfast, there are almost always no plates, cups, spoons, or scrambled eggs.
But they cook quite tasty.
5. There are oddities with the TV. 100 channels in a bunch of languages, but not in English. Of the Russians, only TNT. And youtube, but the Internet connects, does not always work. In general, the complexity.
We haven't used the sauna, so we can't say anything.
If you travel for more than 3 days, those who like comfort should choose Hilton or other international hotels.

A wonderful hotel, located in the city center, on a quiet street. The breakfasts are the best, and we lived in 4 different hotels in Uzbekistan. There is a swimming pool with a sauna, after long walks it is just right to relieve fatigue. There is a cozy courtyard with greenery, where it is pleasant to drink coffee.
The rooms are clean and the service is good. The room is not smoky. The toilet with a bathtub is incomparable.

I stopped for the second time.
The breakfast is not bad, clean, there are no foreign smells, the water is free, in summer it was even in the hallway, take it and go. The place is convenient, there are many places to eat nearby, the metro is 7-10 minutes on foot.
What you didn't like, you ask the reception to do something in the room, they promise but they don't come. Last time the conder didn't work, I asked them not to come, this time I couldn't figure out the TV, I asked them not to come. By the way, there was only one channel on TV, namely euronews and a lot of other things. That's why we asked to come to us, but no one came. I can't put 5 exactly, but 4 is quite enough.

Excellent rooms (we managed to live in two different ones) with a full set of necessary accessories for the traveler - a bathrobe, a brush/paste, soap, gel, shampoo and hair conditioner!
I really liked the location of the air conditioner and its settings. It doesn't blow directly on the bed.

The price is quite reasonable in relation to other hotels. It seems that the hotel belongs to a family, and all family members live and work in it without paying much attention to generally accepted hotel standards.
