The good reviews did not deceive, the receptionist at the entrance is a friendly, pleasant girl.The studio is very beautiful, located in a convenient location (that's why I chose it).It is clear that the teacher is very interested in his work, it is pleasant to communicate with a person who understands what he is doing, I managed to learn a lot of new things for myself during the trial lesson.After that, I took a subscription, at a bargain price.In general, I will go with pleasure, I recommend it to you!!!

I have been visiting Levita Studio for almost 6 months, the staff is very friendly, but not at all competent. I came to a trial session, the girls told me everything beautifully in the end (you can only sign an annual subscription, you can arrange an installment plan), the administrator told me everything and told me how to cancel the subscription, and here the most interesting thing is, the Administrator told me one thing about cancellation, but the contract says something completely different (because you need to carefully read the contract, not believe in what they say). Think five times about whether it is worth going to the studio, otherwise, if necessary, you will still owe the studio a certain amount with their recalculations. We went to the studio to talk and asked the supervisor to contact us, and in principle, no one cared, no one contacted me, so I don't recommend it, and if it were possible to give them 5 stars, I would!

I went to a trial session at this studio and I didn't like it. What was wrong? Almost all. Let's start with the locker room, there's not much space, all the cupboards are occupied, all the benches are littered with people's things who had nowhere to leave their clothes, nowhere to sit down to change, respectively, when there is a rotation between trainers, everything is just like sprats in a jar. Why take so many people on coaching sessions if there is not enough space? The training room: the equipment is so worn out that it's just creepy, the rubber bands saw their best life in the two thousandth, the cubes are wrinkled from old age or from the heat, like the muzzles of pugs, the mats are too soft, pressed to the floor, no cushioning. Consider that you are standing on a bare floor, and if you have problems with your knees, you will say goodbye to them. There's not much room in the hall, but a lot of people have come, and a few more would have been sitting on top of each other. In some exercises, you had to think not about how to do it correctly, but about how not to kill your neighbor on the mat with your foot. We were doing it with the door and window open, because the air conditioner wasn't working, it was broken, or it was just a pity to turn it on. It was hot even though it was March, which is normal for training, but I'm afraid to imagine what will happen there in the summer. Because the door was open, it was noisy, because someone was loudly discussing something at the reception, the coach turned up the music to drown them out, but then she herself could not be heard because of the music. I didn't like the coaching itself, the exercises are messy, and in any incomprehensible situation we get into the "dog face down" and "plank" poses, because we don't know any other exercises. Yes, it's a base, but not a training floor, right? Moreover, they can be performed on a cheap mat, which either moves out from under your arms and legs because it slides, or kills your wrists in the bar because there is no normal cushioning. Then you're sweaty and upset, and you go back to shoving sprats in the locker room, hoping that no one has touched or moved your things so you can sit down. Service: before the training session, I received notifications that I was probably signed up for all possible messengers that they could reach, then they called me three more times and wrote to confirm that I would come. On the third call, I was already laughing openly, because the manager herself didn't figure out why she was calling me, like to confirm the coaching, but to ask me if I had any questions, although what questions could there be if I hadn't even gotten to training yet. If I had any more questions, I would have found a way to ask them. After all, you've dropped everything in detail 300 times on all messengers, why call? Very annoying. Is it really impossible to write in one place? Price: 50% more expensive compared to the studio I go to, and for that price I get all the shit listed above? As for me, it's just a conveyor money-squeezer, advertising in insta works well and shows everything beautifully, so people come. In fact, tired equipment, stuffy gym, unfriendly staff, and unprofessional coaching. I was looking for a new studio to change my own due to the increased cost, but I realized that everything in my studio is simply top-notch and much cheaper, so for now I will stay with my own. Thank you for making that clear to me. I'm not going back to Levita anymore. I wish you a qualitative change for the better.

The administration works at a high level and is very polite, which certainly pleased me and created a pleasant impression. I'm impressed with the studio itself; it's really quite comfortable, clean and cozy. When I first came here, I never thought that I would like it so much. Disappointment! When I first came to the studio, the administrators were very friendly and persistently offered to buy a subscription. They assured me that it would be profitable and convenient, especially emphasizing the possibility of freezing classes if necessary. However, a few days after the purchase of the subscription, problems began. I managed to attend only three out of ten classes, and then I was faced with the fact that the website constantly displayed a message saying that all the seats were occupied. At the same time, the administrators did not help to solve the problem in any way, despite my calls and requests. As a result, when I tried to use the promised subscription freeze feature, it turned out that it was only available if I had a doctor's certificate, although I was initially told something completely different! Besides, after I bought the subscription, the attitude of the administration changed dramatically – they stopped being so friendly and practically ignored me. In addition, their suggestion to "come even without an appointment" was completely absurd, because it would literally mean studying "on each other's heads." All in all, the experience was extremely disappointing. I am very sorry for the money and time spent. No questions for the coaches👍🏼

I went to this studio, 3b Dzerzhinsky Street in 2023. The stars of the rating are for the teachers and the courtesy of the administrators, and for the hair bands/napkins/cookies and water. Not anymore. Prices are not announced, only when you arrive, they will tell you everything about the place. You sign up for a trial class, which is free when you purchase a subscription, and after that... such client processing is underway.. Incredibly inflated prices for season tickets, which they sell for at least 3 months. But if you buy, then "only for you and only today the discount". If you can't pay by yourself, take an installment loan from Alfabank. The locker room is small and stuffy, it is not ventilated, and in summer it is not a thrill at all. Sometimes so many people come to classes that it's good if you don't swipe your little toe on your cheek. The halls are not designed for comfortable occupation of more than 10 people. Tired, I decided to give up some of the undone classes and return the money. And that's where the fun started. The original politeness is gone ) Moreover, they will return your money very cunningly.: you paid a certain amount for a certain number of classes, but!!! they return it so that a one-time lesson costs 40 rubles (I don't know how it is now), so they multiply the number of lessons used by these 40, and if there is a difference from the total amount paid to what they got, they will return it. And it doesn't matter that when you paid *** rubles, you had a lesson for 25 rubles.... + they will insist that once you return the subscription, the trial session becomes paid for when calculating, although this is not recorded anywhere. They are purely trying to spread the extra money in their direction. In terms of such work, there is no tax on them... I do not recommend visiting or purchasing season tickets. Think carefully about whether you need it.

Good studio, good teachers. But the big disadvantage is the administrators. Before class, they will call you several times and remind you that you have a class.They compulsively offer to pay for a subscription right after the trial session, in fact, this is what pushed me away, but also the high price. If you refuse to continue visiting the studio, you will receive repeated calls and will again be asked questions in an intrusive manner.

Unreasonable illegal secrecy that is annoying, and when they first announce the cost of an annual subscription over 1300 rubles, and then when you get blown away by the approach and say that you are not ready to pay such an amount right away, it turns out that there is an 8 subscriber. It's unpleasant.

09/11/2024 I was at a trial lesson on Dzerzhinsky Ave. The lesson itself went well, but the hall was small, and there were too many students for such a room. And the most interesting thing began after the end of the lesson. The administrator began to talk for a long time (I would say too long) about directions, when I asked her to announce the prices for season tickets, she suggested that I go change my clothes, that I was interfering with her communication with other people, although I can decide what to do without the administrator (the administrator completely lacks a sense of tact). Well, after 5 minutes, she still switched to prices. She offered to immediately buy a subscription for a year for fabulous money, then for half a year. But for example, I am interested in one-time classes, I do not want to buy annual subscriptions, but such a service is not provided. I immediately realized that something was wrong here and left, and today I read reviews about "hard marketing" and realized what it was all about... I do not recommend visiting this institution. I also did not find a shower room in this institution.

I was at a trial class in body ballet at the branch on Zybitskaya. The location is excellent, a bright hall and a locker room. The coach is a young girl, I don't remember the name, I'm not sure if she's familiar with anatomy, too many repetitions of the same movements, too many antics on how not to do it. The hall is not designed for such a large number of students. Well, at the end of the lesson, I was offered to buy a subscription for a year, which I was not ready for, I asked how much a month would cost, they answered, the amount suited me, the receptionist asked for a passport for registration, but it turned out that she was going to issue me a bank loan to pay for an annual subscription, and when they told me about the payment about they didn't say a word about the loan, I was sure that the passport was needed for registration of a personal account. I was very surprised, I haven't seen this anywhere else. It's an extremely strange way to bind customers to yourself with a bank loan. I advise you to be careful when paying so that you don't accidentally get a loan for a year.

Be careful with this studio. After the trial session, they persistently try to sign a contract to attend the studio for 96 classes (about a year) or more. They offer to take installments from their partner banks for almost 760 dollars (and if you leave right now, oh horror, then it will cost 960 dollars). In short, you will walk or not, and you will pay the bank). They handle objections professionally. They're smothering you with their marketing. In my opinion, it is necessary to attract the quality of classes and the atmosphere, not financial pressure.

The lesson went great, I have no complaints about the coaches.However, each coach has his own training plan and in general we did the same thing every time.Well, here you just have to go to different coaches. After the lesson, an active, I would say aggressive imposition of a subscription began.But I wanted to study, so I took a subscription. After that, I didn't go for a week, well, by the end of the week they already called asking why I wasn't in the week… It seems to me that such aggressive imposition will scare anyone. I have been walking for 3 months and I understand that the desire to walk has disappeared.Since the subscription is for a long time, I was thinking how to give it up.I read the contract, but everything is so blurred there that, due to age and my inattention, I didn't really understand anything.After the next lesson, I go up to the administrator and ask how I could refuse, she tried to dissuade me for 20 minutes, after 5 minutes she tried to persuade me to think for a week more.But still, I insisted on my own.Then, without explaining anything at all, she gives me some kind of statement, I begin to find out what it is, she herself, apparently knowing nothing, begins to look for information, call and ask.I trusted her, I wrote what she said.In the end, I also asked, I definitely don't need any money from the studio, to which I get the answer no and that if anything, they will contact me, although this administrator should have explained everything in detail, in fact, because of her, I now have a fairly large debt, I would have known-the specified subscription period would have expired…When I had questions, I wrote to them on Viber and I haven't had such a stupid dialogue for a long time, they didn't understand me, I didn't understand them.After all this, the owner of the studio contacted me and now she's fine with me, for which I thank her very much. I learned a lesson from the whole situation, of course. I want to tell everyone who reads this to be attentive to all the nuances of the studio!

The most aggressive marketing. If you want to go into banking bondage for a year, you go there, because they have subscriptions for a year. If you want to return the money, for example, after a couple of months you will get tired of the monotony of classes - you will go through all the circles of hell to get your money back for an annual subscription, not the fact that you will return it, as they write below. When I wanted to start studying, I also contacted by phone, communicated with the administrator, and wrote to the messenger - no one answered the only question about the cost of a monthly subscription, "come to the trial and find out everything." Their goal is to lure you at any cost to a trial and aggressively sell you a subscription for a year for several thousand rubles. No promised small groups of up to 10 people. There were about 20 people in the group I went to for the evening. We bumped our feet during training. Before the trial session, a week was bombarded with messages like "by all means come, the last place has been reserved for you, we will not be able to record anyone because of you, and the coach is coming from the other side of the city just for you." If anything, that day this coach took the group before me (I came early and saw it with my own eyes), my group, and the group after me - that is, there is a deception. Very ugly ruthless marketing.
