Ну слабоват для торгового центра в городе миллионнике. Фудкорта по сути и нет, только пиццерия. Ассортимент магазинов не назвать обширным и разнообразным. Больше на рынок похоже. Но плюсик за наличие кинотеатра

Очень нравится кинотеатр. Небольшой по вместимости, удобные кресла. Есть детский магазин сети Детский мир. Парковка удобная, всегда можно найти место. На четвертом этаже есть фастфуд, но лучше был бы один с хорошей едой. Возможно стали бы приходили посетители не только в кино, но и покушать.

Удобно расположенный, можно сказать безальтернативный ТЦ в этой части левого берега. Заехать в Перекресток, Олд Бой или кинотеатр, а так же перекусить в Жар-пицце - удобно, на парковке всегда есть свободное место.
