I contacted this agency for the first time. Victoria quickly and clearly suggested tours for the required dates. The whole design was fast and clear. The only thing is that upon arrival in Antalya, you need to approach the Coral Travel counter, and not as the other host said. We have not found such a sign.

Our unplanned vacation in September took place only due to the fact that there is a travel company in Minsk LEX.BY . We must pay tribute, there are many companies for the selection and provision of tours and not only in Minsk, but their services bite a lot in terms of cost when providing a tour on credit. There were not enough funds for a full-fledged vacation and I decided to try to buy a tour on credit. I was just lucky: going through and calling various travel agencies, the search engine gave me a link to Lex, without any enthusiasm I tried to find reviews about the company and with a drop of distrust I read only positive raptures about the mysterious Lyudmila. Now I myself join those who have used the services LEX.BY . and I want to thank Lyudmila for her individual approach, professionalism, pleasant communication and prompt support! Once again, I am convinced that it was not in vain that I turned only to you! Many thanks to Lex travel agency for having such employees and for organizing a high-quality and affordable vacation.
Due to the coronavirus, we considered our vacation in Turkey, picked up the newly built Side Amour Hotel 4* in the center of Side, which opened in early summer 2021 and with good reviews from the first visitors. But at the very last moment, when they had already transferred the money to the travel agency, because of the fires in Turkey and the quarantine requirements upon return, they decided to fly to Sharm El-Sheikh Egypt. We chose the Albatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh 5* hotel. Lyudmila has selected the most profitable tour for the beginning of September. We flew from Minsk to Belavia, the flight took 5 hours, our pilots are the most professional - takeoff and landing were very smooth. We had previously vacationed at the Albatross in Hurghada, so everything at the hotel was expected. We were first settled into a suite (for some reason, there are only 8 suites in 5*) and we felt the beauty of a personal round-the-clock pool and the spaciousness of many rooms with balconies and bathrooms. The next day we moved into a standard compact room, but everything is new and working. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, in 5* there is a fish restaurant that is open only in the evenings, + Italian: beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, duck, turkey, something similar in taste to mutton. About all the other food - in a word - the food is excellent. For us, the main thing in the hotel was coffee machines. Ice cream tastes far from our understanding, beer too, although there are bottles of Henkel, it seems nothing new wine in large bags. The beach is a 15-minute walk through 4 * to Albatross Beach - but it's not comfortable to walk in the heat, so we went by shuttle - runs every half hour - the same 15 minutes on the way. Mango is sold next to the hotel for a dollar - very tasty, we took it to the beach - there the cook cut it into a "hedgehog". You need corals in the sea, you take a cake with you to lure the fish and they will knock you down. On his son's birthday, they took an excursion to an island with white sand (local pseudo-maldives) and diving - the son dived 8 meters into the reserve on a coral reef (45 without diving and 55 dollars with diving). We went on a sightseeing tour of the city - it was very interesting to hear about the young closed city of Sharm El-Sheikh and, as always, the sniffing of papyri and cold-pressed oils, which must be brought from Egypt, but you can buy much cheaper in state pharmacies.

I flew to India in Goa with friends. Everything is great. Representatives met at Goa airport with a sign. They took me to the hotel. We lived at the Naga Cottage Hotel. The girls are thrilled. We flew by parachute (we took a brochure at the hotel and called the guys, agreed), rode along the beaches on scooters (rented for cheap), swam, sunbathed :) I don't know what would have happened if we had contacted another travel agency, but we didn't regret it. Dmitry (the manager or is he the director?) He constantly kept in touch with us via Viber. There was a moment to take advantage of medical insurance (I have an allergy in the form of a rash), also helped, did not leave me to fend for myself, called who needed it.
Our tour was quite expensive, we flew for 21 days. We were able to bargain for a decent discount (maybe this bribed the tour to buy from Lex Tour). Other travel agencies were not very willing to meet.
Thank you for organizing the trip, for a pleasant vacation.
P.S. This year we are flying to Bali. Now only with the Lex Tour!
