I had an amazing visit to the Lexus service. The machine flashed a message. I came to clarify what it means and, depending on the situation, sign up for the service. The service specialist, through the administrator, refused to take a minute to look at the photo of the message, although he did not have another client at that moment. Moreover, the administrator approached this young man twice with my question, but remained adamant. I can't help but suggest that managers consider the possibility of promoting this manager to General Director of Acceptance, as communication with the client through the secretary is excellent. To be fair, I would like to note that this is the first time I have encountered such a situation here, and previously all issues were resolved very clearly and quickly.
