The service told me that the contacts of the engine burned and the board burned, which they replaced. This explanation raised strong doubts: how could the contacts of the engine burn if the vacuum cleaner was just lying in the box? After the repair, the vacuum cleaner was checked first at the service, and then at home. Everything was fine. They put it in a box. Recently they took it out, turned it on, and the malfunction is the same again! It seems that the service did not even open it, but the act indicated a fake amount of work performed in order to get money from the supplier for service, which was not there.
