Thank you so much. They helped a lot with the missing parts needed to re-hang the door in the refrigerator. They respond quickly, both in the messenger and on the phone! If a part is not available (in my case it took 1-2 days), it will be ordered and delivered and you will be notified about it!

Avoid this place. We bought a robot vacuum cleaner in the 5th element, the self-cleaning base flowed and flooded the vacuum cleaner, the store sent the equipment to this service for diagnostics, the service does not see a breakdown, a refusal to repair under warranty, the store said that if I had provided the video, the issue might have been resolved differently, that is, the service needs to prove and show, that there is a breakdown, the conclusion about the qualifications of "specialists" suggests itself, the base flooded the kitchen floor, but they do not see the breakdown.

I handed over the vacuum cleaner to the 5th element under warranty due to the lack of water supply during wet cleaning. When handing over the vacuum cleaner at the store, an employee checked it, there really was no water coming in. Everything was processed and sent. In the application, I indicated that I refuse to repair and ask for a replacement. Upon receipt, it turned out that there was no breakdown, everything was working. The certificate states that the product has been technically repaired. When asked how it turned out, the store employee replied that they were not specialists and perhaps the product was serviceable. What kind of nonsense is this? The vacuum cleaner did not perform wet cleaning, and the water in the tank remained unused after an attempt at wet cleaning. In the store, all employees confirmed this when placing the product in the service. However, the vacuum cleaner returned to work. Miracles, that's all. I believe that the service center fixed it after all, but so that the store would not replace the defective product, they indicated that the vacuum cleaner was working properly. Or maybe they just replaced the nozzle, or the store replaced it. When I came home and decided to clean up, there was a crackling sound during wet cleaning, which had never happened before. There is no crackling when working with other nozzles. It is a pity that a store like 5 element treats customers this way, sending products to such performers for diagnostics. Although it's clear why. I intend to apply to an independent expert examination to check the availability of repairs and find out whether repairs were not carried out or whether these are tricks of the store and the service center. How do I explain that the serial numbers are different? Is there a different serial number on the nozzle that was allegedly not repaired and in the documents? So it was replaced after all? I'll add to the review two days later: the wet cleaning nozzle began to heat up after work. It's kind of a nightmare. I do not advise you to contact us here. If you value your equipment, look for another service, it will be broken here, not repaired.
