I visited your establishment, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the cuisine. I ordered Medium roast filet mignon, but they brought me meat that was much more strongly fried — something in between well done and medium well. When I asked to replace the dish, they returned the same plate to me, trying to convince me that this was the roast I ordered. The situation worsened when a manager named Farukh approached. Instead of solving the problem, he began to convince me that I was wrong, stating that in your establishment the medium roast looks exactly like this. This attitude and the obvious incompetence of the manager completely ruined the impression. It is a pity that such excellent service from the bartender Nigina (10 out of 10) was overshadowed by such an attitude and poor quality of the dish. This makes you wonder if it's worth returning to your institution.

Terrible service! We booked a table in advance by phone — the receptionist assured us that everything was confirmed and they were waiting for us. We arrived at the club at the appointed time, but at the entrance it turned out that there was no reservation, and there were no empty seats either. The receptionist spread her hands and didn't even try to resolve the situation. In the end, they just wouldn't let me in! We spent time, money on a taxi and the mood — to nowhere. This attitude towards customers is a disgrace. It's a completely careless approach. I don't recommend this club to anyone. If you value your time and nerves, stay away.
