Shopping at the Li‑Ning store at 60 Amir Temur Avenue turned into a hassle. Instead of two normal pairs of sneakers, I was given a female model and a Frankenstein made from two different sneakers. How can you work with clients like this? Checking the product before selling is a basic duty, but here it was simply ignored. This is not a mistake, but blatant negligence and disrespect for the customer. I couldn't check it right away: immediately after the purchase, I went on a two-month trip. I returned, and there was a "surprise" waiting for me in the box. At the same time, I was waiting for this very "Frankenstein" for a long time: they promised to bring a couple from another branch, and I paid for the delivery out of my own pocket. The facts in the photo: different logos on the tabs and insoles, different internal labels (on one — "Designed in Beijing", on the other — QR code). I demand an official apology and either a replacement or a full refund with an explanation from the management. Contact me immediately — the contacts are in the receipt. I do not recommend the store until the issue is resolved. I've never been so disappointed in a store before — the service level is zero.
