Good afternoon, I would not recommend a terrible place to anyone, the deadlines are incredibly long, I brought a shirt to shorten the sleeves, as a result, they ruined the thing with an iron and brazenly lie that they do not have ordinary irons,I brought jeans to make a zipper ,the production dates were violated and at the same time they charged a large fee as a result, the zipper broke after a week, take care your nerves, money and time!

Rude and not a hospitable hostess. I came in with a request to sew a harness on the bag, nothing complicated. The answer was rude, saying we don't work with bags, although it doesn't matter if we sew a hole in a T-shirt or a harness on a bag. I went to a nearby hotel and the girl stitched everything without any problems.

I gave the skirt away, I just needed to sew on a button, before that I warned that I was leaving for another country on Friday morning. They said to pick it up on Thursday from 15:00 to 20:00. I arrive on Thursday at 19:00, they say that they did not sew it, the seamstress left earlier and today no one will be able to do this. We apologized, but this did not fit the button on the skirt))) I was lucky that I found a workshop nearby, where they did it in 10 minutes)In general, I do not recommend it!

I liked the atelier! Very friendly and sweet hostess-administrator! A pleasant, attentive, radiant woman! I talked, advised and even treated you to a fragrant cappuccino! It is also very convenient that there is a large fitting room with mirrors where you can see yourself from all sides! And what an interesting interior! I handed over four pairs of jeans, they were rubbed between my legs, mended neatly and quite quickly, in a few days. The dog was changed in the jacket in 5 minutes. But I gave it to trim the tulle, then there's a joint. I really regret choosing this atelier. A small hole was formed in the jacket near the zipper, as they said to sew a small bookmark and everything is ready I went 4 times during the month and heard every time a week later. They promised to call as soon as it was ready When I came the last time, they didn't want to give it away, supposedly next week it will be ready. I no longer believed these words and persistently asked for them back

If you ask specifically, he answers ambiguously and goes off topic. I'm a pretty understanding person, but this is the edge. I do not recommend this office.

I handed over 2 pairs of pants with clear instructions on what to do, and also showed a photo of how it should be. Everything is super simple and clear, I would have done it myself, but I decided to entrust this matter to "professionals". As a result, I came for a fitting a week later, we did whatever we agreed on, it wasn't even close. They talked it over again, and told me to come back in another week. As a result, they did such nonsense that the hair stood on end. So also the pants were made of different lengths, ALTHOUGH IT WAS SAID THREE TIMES - DO NOT TOUCH THE LENGTH! Don't get fooled by the entourage and free coffee, if you value your belongings, take them to ANY other place. It was also said: "if something is wrong, bring it back, we will fix it." Thank you, I don't want to wait another week to be even more horrified, even for my own money.

As a result, they cut off more than necessary by about 4 cm. The seam... well, wasn't it already impossible to do the same as it was BEFORE. Why farm a normal thing and turn on amateur activities. Was it so difficult to make a line at the same distance as it was?

There's nothing to even give 1 star for! They did absolutely not what they asked for. And I asked to make pants of the SAME LENGTH, as a result, I received pants of different lengths after 2 weeks, but the difference became slightly smaller. Well, thanks for saying that. I do not recommend this atelier, spare your things!
