Good morning. For the past two years, my husband, my two children and I have been going to this barbershop. My guys need to update their haircuts monthly. The employees already know us by sight. And now, in more detail, to the essence of the negative review. The staff is good, the work is done efficiently. But, if you want to make an appointment in advance - and hope with a hundred percent guarantee that you will get there - it's not worth it. That's what happened to me - I signed up in two weeks (on Saturday 23.07). Yesterday, the administrator called me and asked me to reschedule the appointment for Friday. Unfortunately, I can't do it on Friday, because I have a corporate party - nevertheless, the girl offers an appointment for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. -). 9 a.m. Carl! After the corporate party -) I explain to the girl again that I didn't just sign up TWO WEEKS in advance! Probably because I have events and plans, VACATIONS. By the way, it will take 10 minutes to trim my tips with one slice!!!! I ask what I should do - they get the phrase in response LOOK FOR ANOTHER BARBERSHOP then think for yourself - for two years every month, my family and I went to this barbershop. As a result, we got this attitude head-on. I am urgently looking for another master to have time to update my hair before my vacation. Not a foot in here anymore. Disappointed.
