I highly recommend it.
We rented apartments for a month.
Check-in conditions - payment for a month and a deposit for the next one.
Disadvantages:
1) The ad stated that there is an air conditioner. In fact, it does not exist.
It is difficult to imagine luxury apartments without air conditioning.
In the summer at +30 it was very difficult.
The staff of the building say that the air conditioners are declared by the realtor, not by them, but in reality there is only one agency on whose behalf all the ads in this building are Avenue.
2) The bed is very small, both in width and length. Sleeping together was very hard.
There is no change of underwear, and I had to buy more.
3) The watering can is clogged and the water supply is very weak. Warm water does not appear immediately, but with a long delay.
4) The layout is ill-conceived, for example, in one of the rooms the sofa stands just almost point-blank to an empty wall.
5) There is no coffee maker, I had to buy a coffee pot.
6) There are no toilet paper holders. And there was no toilet paper at check-in, which can lead to an incident.
7) The shower is not waterproofing, the cabin is leaking heavily.
8) The curtain in the bathroom is located on a rod that falls from any touch
9) The balcony is not separated from the next room, it is shared. There were no other visitors during our stay, otherwise the neighbors could have walked to the windows of your living room or bedroom.
The main thing is that
when leaving, the staff did not sign the departure certificate and promised to send it later.
We were with the cats, we agreed on this in advance with the landlords.
As a result, 1,100 euros were deducted from the deposit:
1) 10,000 rubles were charged for general cleaning "from wool". At the same time, upon our arrival, the cleaning was such that the kitchen floor was sticky, there were cobwebs on the balcony, dirt under all the furniture. Someone else's underwear was left in the closet.
2) 60,000 rubles were put up for a sofa re-fitting, although there were a couple of clues that could not be seen with the naked eye. The photo of the tie was not sent, and I do not believe in this information.
As a result, I am extremely disappointed with the amount of funds written off and it looks like cheating.

A very strange-looking and, most importantly, tall building in the very center of the city. Glass and concrete rise above the surrounding architecture, spoiling the overall composition. + a strike for as many as 12 places!
