The book order was placed at the end of January and it was very expensive — over 300 euros. Later, there was correspondence stating that some of the books were unavailable and others needed to be replaced. Eventually, I was informed that the order had been shipped and that a refund would be issued for one book. What do I have now? I don’t have my 300 euros, I haven’t received the refund for the book (which was promised two weeks ago), and I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WITH THE BOOKS! This is absolutely outrageous and clearly a scam. Do not fall for the prices — it’s nothing but stress and a waste of money.

I have been waiting for a refund for more than a week. Everyone is very polite, but the money has not been returned yet. Do not order from them online.
