I stayed at this hotel on the 12th floor in June 2025, a good hotel, clean, the staff was polite, there were no problems. Beautiful view of the sea from the window. The breakfasts are a little unusual, after all, Asia, the assortment is not very large, but it is quite possible to choose what to eat. For me personally, the disadvantage is that there is no way to open the windows, the air conditioner is running, and it is unpleasant to feel in an enclosed space without outdoor air. On the 7th floor there is a swimming pool with a view of the sea, small, but sometimes you can relax there. There is also a gym, which is quite decent, and everything is available to work out well. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, the beaches nearby are good, very wide and clean enough. There are various cafes and shops nearby.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfasts, swimming pool, spa. We didn't visit the spa, we didn't go to the gym, we swam in the pool a couple of times in bad weather, and there was a good pool. The breakfasts were amazing, they are checked every morning by the head of the restaurant. Ask for a lower floor, you can wait 10 minutes for the elevator. The room service is good, there have never been any problems with water. Bike rentals are very difficult, it's easier to get them not at the hotel, but to walk 50 meters to the right of the hotel. The room is newly renovated, very clean, panoramic window overlooking the city. Linen is changed almost every 2-3 days, towels are changed every day. Daily cleaning service. 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee daily. All plumbing is new, the water pressure is excellent. The only negative is there is nowhere to dry the laundry. The food is very diverse. There is always pork, beef or chicken. They gave me an ostrich and even a crocodile). A variety of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes. Pho soup daily, omelets, boiled eggs. Noodles fried daily in various forms. There are a lot of fruits, different and delicious, but mango has never been given. The beach is nearby, 5 minutes at a quiet pace. The beach is great. I am currently vacationing in this hotel, with a view from the room of the city and Nha Trang Bay, polite staff who help with any issue (they do not speak Russian, we communicate through a translator on the phone). The hotel has delicious buffet breakfasts and excellent dinners (I took HB meals). There are lots of fruits, ostrich meat, crocodile meat, chicken, beef, lots of noodles, vegetables and, of course, Vietnamese soups) It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, you need to cross 2 roads, despite the pedestrian crossings, no one lets pedestrians through, you have to have the courage and switch between cars and bikes (this is a big minus, but it's everywhere in Nha Trang). Nice big beach with yellow sand. And the warmest clear sea. I took a beach towel from the hotel and sunbathed near the lotus. There is a great Nemo cafe near the hotel, I recommend it to everyone! Delicious seafood at very low prices!

Upon check-in, it turned out that the most beautiful view is only in superior rooms, and in deluxe rooms there is a "partial" view of the sea with the capture of unfinished buildings. We decided to clarify this at the reception, received an explanation, and were about to leave when the Sofi manager (I didn't remember the Vietnamese name) offered to move us to this very superior for free, since we were staying for a long time (8 nights, despite the fact that we didn't even ask to change anything and didn't make a fuss). It was very unexpected and pleasant, it shows real customer orientation and customer care. The breakfasts are very extensive and delicious, mostly local dishes, but you will also find omelets/cheese/eggs. The location is excellent, the sea is across the street, it is convenient to get to all the attractions, both independently and by bus (stop opposite). There are many shops, coffee shops, cafes, fruit stalls - everywhere pleasant prices and large portions. The staff is always smiling and ready to help with any issue. On the 7th floor there is a swimming pool with a nice view, the water is colder than in the sea. The hotel is worth the money, I definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very friendly staff, everything is clean, amazing view from the window, delicious and varied breakfasts) The staff is always ready to help. The optimal location is neither "3" nor "5", the breakfasts are excellent, compared to the first line, fruits and vegetables were always present, and the beach is just around the corner, but for some reason the underground passage did not work
