If there are more than 3 hours between connecting flights, then it is better to have lunch in the city. There is a McDonald's, a supermarket and a cafe 3 km away. There is nothing at the airport except burgers and sandwiches. The prices are appropriate. It is also better not to stay at night, it is impossible to sleep on such seats. 15€ for a taxi and you are in the city center.
