Maybe the director of this collective farm service should think about who he is hiring.I arrived with my original oil in the automatic transmission dsg 7. About a liter of oil was not drained from the mechatronics by mistake.My demand to replace the oil again or give back the money was refused.It's a pity there's no time to sue them.It would be worth a lesson.The contract for the provision of services is written according to the certificate of registration.The owner is different, try to prove it later.The result of communication with them is spoiled nerves, money, time.The next oil change will need to be made not after 60,000 but 45,000-50000km.

On the day of the appeal, they did it, and they brought the bearing themselves. There are problems with spare parts in the lead, so they put what was in the city. We warned about the low quality of the part in advance. But since there were no options, I had to put what I had. I got to St. Petersburg, the next stop is Murmansk. So far, the flight is normal. Respect to the team for their understanding and efficiency.

DO NOT CONTACT US HERE! Your illusions about the "normal" SRT will quickly be shattered by reality. The next liars and scammers! They will do everything possible to make more money! In short: at this service station, we were so "well" diagnosed with the air conditioning system that after they decided to refuel the air conditioner, the hose burst. The inept actions of the masters led to a serious breakdown, 20 minutes after leaving the service station. Before this incident, they used air conditioning and did not know the troubles. We left the service station after repairing and refueling the air conditioner. After 20 minutes (during a stop), they noticed a whistle from the hood and a strong smell of chemicals. As you already understood, it was the sound of freon coming out. We returned to the service station, we tell you what and how. The manager hung around the car for a long time, and said, "well, he's not whistling now, so everything is OK." Of course it's OK, maybe because everything has already come out????!!!! Then it turns out that the hose burst, and in general, the second hose is also running out and soon everything will come to an end. Interesting diagnosis, isn't it? And why didn't you see it before refueling??? It's amazing how 20 minutes changed everything. They pour stories into your ears that this was supposed to happen sooner or later and it's a ridiculous coincidence that everything broke after them. You are not given any guarantees, even if they are spoken or written about. By the way, not all the works that are being done are written in the act and the receipt is given only for those works that they want. Read carefully, otherwise you will become another victim of their deception. The manager squirms as if to prove his case, then he builds a fool, then he talks about the problem with a smart look. Despite all the documents and guarantees and despite the fact that we arrived on the same day (less than half an hour later) They did not return the money to us and they are also not going to fix the problem!!! Remember that all the evil that you do to people will definitely return to you like a boomerang!

There is no point in proving and talking about prices .. They would say right away, busting the 40p support, replacing the pads for free.... It doesn't matter which pads to put back new or old ....
