I was told that yes, that's right. But as soon as I transferred the money from the debt, they tell me that the balance is no longer 0, but minus again, and we cannot terminate the contract, since the fee for the next month has been charged! I'm telling you, I specifically warned you that I hadn't used the number for several months and hadn't planned on going any further. But they told me we couldn't do anything to help, so pay up and goodbye. As a result, I had to spend more than twice as much as planned. And they didn't even feel it necessary to apologize for it.
