Then the guy told me that I was transferring data from another phone to another and therefore waiting for about an hour, but this is not accurate. It turns out that anyone who is not lazy can come and give the operator, consultant and life employee their phone and they will do everything for him. But at the same moment, they will lose other customers and say that they need to wait an hour. The situation is not clear, although I needed to replace the SIM card, I was ready to wait 30 minutes, but they told me it was better for you to go to another service. Thank you for following the full set of personnel and helping people so generously, while it is not known whether this situation will be next time, whether someone will bring a TV or a laptop, because the life operator is a jack of all trades)
