On January 15, I visited a communication salon to purchase a SIM card for my grandmother, who now needed a phone for communication, to which the specialist said to come in the evening, since she can't do anything yet, the program doesn't work, she can't advise on tariffs. When we asked why she was standing there if she couldn't do anything, the answer was that it was for beauty. A very rude lady, an illiterate specialist, I will not even visit this operator anymore.
