It's a good gym. There are many different types of equipment.
But the most important thing is the coaches. I am studying with Anastasia Zakharchenko and I can only say positive words.
Thanks to Anastasia, I got acquainted with the world of "smart fitness". Instead of mindless muscle building, under the strict guidance of Nastya, it is the strengthening of the body, improving mobility, closing all weaknesses.
Anastasia is as comfortable and pleasant to work with as possible. Extensive experience and deep theoretical knowledge are visible. And in a year and a half of work, I can see the results firsthand - I've never felt so good as I do now. Joint pain, muscle cramps have gone away, and posture has improved. The overall quality of life has increased.

Nice gym! A very spacious room where it is very comfortable to train. The gym has all the necessary equipment. There is a place to warm up with artificial grass. A large cardio area. The atmosphere in the hall is great. The coaches and administrators are friendly, always smiling and greeting. You can easily turn to them for help. There are many group activities. In addition to my strength training, I liked going to TRX classes.

The gym is small, but there is everything you need, a lot of additional equipment.
I like the staff of the hall the most. The girls at the reception are very nice. The coaches are also friendly, you can always turn to someone for help.
What is especially pleasant is that there are cotton pads and makeup remover in the women's locker room.
The only drawbacks are that there is a small locker room and it can be crowded when group classes are over.

I would like to note her individual method of work and attentiveness to the training process. Each workout is varied and interesting, which provides an integrated approach to the development of physical fitness.

This is the best gym in the area) The experience of visiting is more than 3 years. There is everything to improve health and more. The simulators are of high quality, do not creak or play, and are serviced in a timely manner. The staff, both administrators and coaches, are smiling, polite, educated, pleasant, and always offer an individual approach. I really like the fact that there is a sauna in the locker rooms. For those who are tempted by conventional exercise equipment, there are 3 more halls for a wide range of group programs. There is enough space for everyone during rush hours. There is clean drinking water, a place to store valuables, rent a personal locker. The hall is constantly evolving. Both simulators are being added/changed, and new services. The audience of visitors is pleasant. Everyone is well-mannered, intelligent, And every time I come here I feel wonderful cozy emotions. I recommend it to everyone!

Good filling of the hall, there are simulators for every taste and color, friendly administrators and attentive duty coaches. I've been coming here for the second year, a very large flow of people, which occurs in floods (before the New Year holidays and at the end of spring) because of this, it can be unrealistic to change in the locker room in the evening, but this is quite expected. It's really cool that there is a sauna where you can relax after a workout. According to colleagues, group classes are also at a high level! Of the minuses, this is of course frequent interruptions in the operation of water / air conditioning (most likely due to problems in the building itself), which the administration of the hall copes with as comfortably as possible for visitors, and there are not very many parking spaces, which is also more a question of location

The only caveat: a very small parking lot, which is constantly occupied by employees and visitors of the business center where the club is located. The simulators are constantly busy, you have to wait a long time, there is no way to perform even one approach. For understanding, there are 8 lockers on one side and 16 on the other for two benches.It's a bundle of nerves.

Удобный спортклуб - много тренажеров, все в хорошем состоянии, почти всегда есть свободные. Есть возможность посещать разнообразные групповые занятия, некоторые - по предварительной записи. Также можно заниматься с персональным тренером. Демократичные цены. Из минусов только тесная раздевалка, что характерно для очень многих клубов, часто не работает сауна.

Мне очень понравился этот фитнес-клуб!
Чистота, красивое оформление зала, бесплатная питьевая вода, в раздевалках есть всё необходимое: фен, мицеллярная вода, ватные диски, ватные палочки, на рецепции можно даже попросить выпрямитель для волос!
Ходила на групповое занятие на trx петлях. Мне очень понравился индивидуальный подход тренера Стасевой Полины, она смотрела за техникой выполнения упражнений, подсказывала какие можно применить опции, музыкальное сопровождение тренировки тоже очень понравилось 😊
В общем и целом - клуб произвёл на меня очень хорошее впечатление и если снова окажусь в Минске, обязательно приду снова!)
