Отвратительное отношение к жильцам. В новых лифтах постоянно горят платы, лифт месяцами не работает. Лучше бы совсем не меняли.

Отвратительная, безответственная организация. Некомпетентные сотрудники, лифт ремонтируют несколько раз в день, на ***. При том что лифт. 2014 года выпуска, этажей всего шесть, людей в подъезде мало проживает. Нет толковых техников, просто не могут найти поломку. Адрес лифта ул. Базарова , дом 4, подъезд 3. Наведите порядок , не позорьтесь.
