I really like your store — there is a large selection, you can find beautiful clothes for both covered women and those who are not covered. The range is really wide and diverse, which is a big plus. But unfortunately, there have been more and more disappointments lately. The quality of things has dropped a lot. I bought a sports two-piece for a considerable sum, and within a month it began to come apart at the seams. At the same time, the thing was loose, it took a size larger, and my weight was only 50 kg, so the reason is clearly not wear and tear. It's a shame when you pay for something of high quality, but you get something completely different. In addition, I began to notice unpleasant situations with prices: consultants first name one amount, and after a couple of minutes — it's already higher. Or one customer is told the same price, and the other is given the same thing, but more expensive. It really undermines trust. I would like to understand that prices are fair and the same for everyone. I used to be happy to come shopping with you, but now I'm wondering more and more whether it's worth coming back. I hope you will take this into account and improve the quality of the product and the level of service.
