This institution works until 21.00 and I was refused this service, citing the fact that it is already late today. I was driving from one end of the city to the other, so that they would refuse me. In the afternoon, I called and asked that a preliminary appointment was made, which I was refused, referring to the fact that I had to come to the bangs on a first-come, first-served basis.
