They refused to return the defective jeans. Some lost their color, explained that this model needed to be put into chemical cleaning only, but they forgot to warn me about it when buying, and the second jeans after hand washing turned from white to pink, I came to the store with a receipt, to which they replied that I was lying and washed them with colored clothes, good quality!
