We contacted Lime Travel twice for help in obtaining a visa. And these two times differ in the attitude of the employees and the result like heaven and earth. In February last year, our manager, Tatiana, took care of us. She was always in touch, explained everything clearly and to the point, and led the way to the moment of registration at the visa application center. As a result, we can easily obtain a Spanish visa for the period we need. At the same time, in February 24, Tatiana put us on the waiting list at the German embassy, where a long wait could be rewarded with a multivisa from one to five years, even in a blank passport. In April of this year, the turn came, but Tatiana managed to go on maternity leave. And everything has changed dramatically for us. From the list of documents received from the staff for self-collection, when clarifying, it turned out that some documents were not needed. But in this case, no one explained what they were doing on this list. We were also "led" in a strange and confusing way. A day before submitting to the embassy, after her husband's visit to the agency, receiving a package of documents and paying for their services, the managers stopped responding to calls and messages on Viber altogether, although they assured her that they would "lead to the end." And so, at the embassy itself, upon personal submission, the employee returns half of the papers that were provided to us, since they are not needed (!) And he accepts the rest with a creak, stating that he is not sure if they will give us a visa at all, since the certificate from the bank was given to my husband as an individual.a person, and he's a sole proprietor. And we need a document on the turnover of money.the funds of an individual entrepreneur! In this case, where did the agency staff look?! What are they taking money for?!.. We received our passports today. They contain the logical result of all of the above: single-use visas for a 16-day trip. After 15 months of waiting! The curtain!

Good afternoon! I strongly advise against working with these guys. After recording by bot in early October at the end of October in Gomel (I'm from Minsk) I wanted to reschedule the opportunity because I had to dock with a vacation flight. I was kept in the dark for a week, they replied that the transfer of the recording (new recording) it will be considered at full cost 1 day in the evening before the documents are delivered in Gomel early in the morning. I was very unhappy, besides, they did not send any documents and a coupon, and they still had to be printed out along with other documents, which they also said the night before. The adventure did not end there. They filled out the questionnaire incorrectly, they redid it for a fee. They said to do insurance for 30 to 90 days, but the national visa turned out to be at least 91! And once again I spent 100 rubles on insurance. I tried to call the manager, to which she said, they say, what do you want from us at all.) They didn't even say how much cash they needed to withdraw, initially they were talking about 18 euros, but it turned out to be completely different money. In general, I strongly advise against it, no one cares about the quality of services.

I will not recommend this agency to anyone. Perhaps it's a matter of one "specialist", the manager Oksana worked with me. I was applying for a visa to Bulgaria. Since it is necessary to buy a hotel and a road to Bulgaria on your own, I did not understand how to do this. but what I'm paying for is probably so that knowledgeable people can help. They took websites off the booking page so that I would pay for the hotel. but booking does not work with our cards. her answer is "try it." as a result, the documents were not accepted at the visa office, they explained in the same place how to do it and transferred to the VIP lounge on another date. and then another plus 50 d. all the information they give can be taken from the Internet, the only thing is an entry in the visa application, but I think this is not a big problem. Money is wasted, I do not advise you to apply here!

I've never written bad reviews, but I came across such incompetence in Lime Travel that I couldn't pass it by. Maybe for someone my review will help to avoid stress. I contacted Lime Travel on the recommendation of their responsible attitude and high professionalism. I worked with Tatiana's manager at the beginning, then I was handed over to Kristina. If there were any questions, the answer had to be expected for half a day. Kristina has made a lot of confusion in the translation of the account statement, which can find fault with the spelling of the first and last name. Although when submitting it, they said that the transfer was not needed at all. There were a few more questions, but the most important thing was that the professional manager sent me to submit documents with an invitation that was almost two months overdue. Accordingly, the documents were not accepted from me. Time (and this is 13 months) and money have been spent nowhere. Be careful!!!

After I pointed out the error when applying for a PBH visa, I was given a discount of only 200 rubles. When I lost several times more because of the agency's mistake! If you are considering using the services of these agents, I strongly recommend that you carefully check every detail and carefully study all the nuances. Unfortunately, I was also denied a visa to Greece.

I do NOT recommend contacting this agency. I signed the contract and brought the documents with the Polish invitation in July last year. I understand that recording is not fast, but not so fast that I stop doing anything immediately after payment.
