The hotel is 3.5. If you take into account the category and cost, then 4.5-5 can even be put. What I'm not writing about is probably fine. We pay more attention to the bad things 🙂↔️ If the budget is limited, I definitely recommend the hotel. The rest cost us 80-90 per person in August. —— We arrived at night and felt sad - I wanted to leave such a review as soon as we arrived. What immediately "caught my eye" is that the hotel does not have air conditioning in the corridors, only at the reception, so the floors and on floor B are stuffy. The "B" floor leads to the restaurant, where there is also billiards and table football.(murdered), so you know you can't play billiards there normally. And just walking is not very comfortable. They were well received at the reception, arrived at 20:30 and sent for dinner. The first impression is that there is nothing to eat. There is not much choice, at first I was upset, then I thought that it was good that there was no pile that no one was eating and all this was a transfer of products. Then they got used to the food and everything was in abundance: there was always grilled meat, lula, fish, even crayfish, rolls (tasteless, of course, like everywhere else), sausages, cheeses (delicious), vegetables are always fresh. Delicious beef, delicious mashed potatoes, delicious French fries. The worst part is UPI JUICES, sugar and dye - it would be better if they didn't give you anything than that. Hot chocolate is the same thing - just sugar, but my son likes it, of course. Cola and other sodas are delicious and real - not diluted. I don't know about Algol, but I've seen that cocktails are made with the same jupi "By eye". Lots of vegetables and fruits - delicious watermelon, oranges, peaches, melon. For breakfast - scrambled eggs, pancakes, porridge. Overall, everything is fine. The elevators are terribly slow, and it takes a very long time to wait. There is no ventilation or air conditioning in the elevators, it is crowded, a maximum of 4-5 people in the elevator. Nice pool, nice slides. The pool is cleaned every day with some kind of special machine, but often the lamps fall off and the wires stick out, it looks scary.… Cozy, new, clean rooms. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every day. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, but it works well, we hung up the towel and it's not bad. TV is only TNT from Russian. In the standard room (3rd floor 324 rooms) direct view of the neighboring hotel, side view of the sea and mountains. In the morning, the smell of sewage from the shower, the bathroom door creaked, but I did not address this problem at the reception. It is convenient that you can chat on WhatsApp with the reception. They asked to extend the room for money, but they refused, saying that everything was occupied. This is the first time I've seen this 😢 We went to the reception a couple of times, eventually extended for 2.5 hours for $ 30 Water is not brought to the room, but 200ml is available on site. Wi-Fi works very poorly - everywhere. You can't hear the neighbors in the room, but you can hear loud music in the evenings and during the day. Even after 23:00. I don't know from our hotel or from the neighbors. The sea is beautiful. Clean, beautiful, the mountains are impressive. The beach has very small pebbles at the entrance, no slippers are needed, even for a child. The sun beds are very crowded, it's even difficult to get to your sunbed if the sunbed at the aisle is not easy to disperse on the path. A place can always be found, but they occupy the first row at night. I like that coffee and tea are open around the clock, at least at 5:30 they definitely work, we went to meet the dawn and took them with us. But!! The coffee machines at the bar and near the pool are electrocuted, as well as the refrigerator with water near the dining room is electrocuted. There is a toilet near the bar, we did not know, we went from the sea all the way to where the dining room is. Kids area - I attached a photo, we didn't use it, I don't know how you can do anything in this heat. The same applies to the sports corner - I can't say otherwise - everything is broken, standing on the street, there is no question of any air conditioning or ventilation. The port is about 30 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There are many shops and tour agencies around the hotel. We rented a car from the hotel, at a great price - $ 60 for a Toyota Corolla. We went on our own to the funicular ($46 adult admission) and to the Goynuk Canyon. The road is good, the navigator works perfectly. You can use your Russian driver's license. The staff is trying very hard, everyone is polite, smiling, they are constantly cleaning, doing, and working like smart people. There are also strange personalities, for example, at the SPA, the massage therapist asked my sister for Instagram and asked if there was a husband. This is unacceptable. I can't put a rating of 5, Somewhere 3.8-4 maximum, which corresponds to the stars of the hotel. As I said earlier, if you need a budget vacation, I recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel during the period of 24.10-01.11.2025 with a family with two children. In general, a good hotel, small, the main contingent is families with children and pensioners. Of the advantages, I would like to note: beef is well cooked; the waiters in the restaurant worked very smartly; a fairly good spa; a bus stop and a convenience store are nearby; the furniture in the rooms is quite cheerful; there are two elevators; towels were changed regularly without reminders; wi-Fi in the hotel works well everywhere. Of the cons: the animator and the lifeguard existed purely nominally (the lifeguard was sitting in the bar with his back to the sea, and the animator was wandering aimlessly around the hotel); table tennis rackets were in terrible condition, they could only be used for firewood; the billiard table was all broken and the cloth stained; the water slides were turned off, I had to go and ask every time, to turn them on; there are cigarette butts in the sand on the beach; there were only checkers from board games; the water in the shower of the room went very badly. In general, the hotel left conflicting feelings, it seems that the staff is trying, but it doesn't seem to be very good. I understand that the hotel was closed for the winter and we were one of the last to leave, but I would like the quality of service not to fall at the same time.

A wonderful hotel on the first coastline. The rooms are spacious,cleaned every day,clean and cozy. 95% of the staff speak Russian quite well. Friendly atmosphere. Nice pool. I would especially like to mention the spa center in the hotel. Massage, sauna, beyond praise. The food is varied, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish. Chefs are great fellows I recommend👍
