There is a 24-hour front desk, a pleasant courtyard outside, the gates are locked at night, but you can ask the staff not to close if you need to go out at night or ring the bell. We took a double room with a double bed, there was enough space, there was air conditioning and a TV in the room (although I couldn't watch it because there was an Internet connection error). The staff is always ready to help and answer questions. One of the disadvantages is that it is difficult to regulate the water temperature + the pressure in the shower is weak. But overall, the accommodation was comfortable. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi, which was also very convenient for us.

We stayed for one night as a family before the flight at this hotel. A huge plus is the 24-hour front desk. We were quickly checked in upon late arrival and were also evicted at 5:00 without delay. Clear. Fresh renovation. The prices are more than reasonable, we took 2 rooms (for ourselves and the children). Downstairs there are refrigerators with mineral water and juice, which was convenient for us. Thank you for a comfortable stay

A pleasant hotel house with clean and cozy rooms. I liked the obviously fresh renovation in the rooms. The price-quality ratio is 10/10. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately. Administrators are a miracle. They are caring, courteous, easy to contact and always ready to help.

A small guest house not far from the airport. Friendly staff, clean, new plumbing. Poor sound insulation, lack of furniture and lack of breakfast were a bit in the way. There was no shop or cafe nearby, everything was far away. I hope the owner will keep all the good things and fix the flaws.

A nice, not expensive, clean Mini-hotel. I asked to park a car with a long trailer on the territory. The owner even moved his own so that I could fit in. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but this is not a problem there are a lot of places to eat around. The room is a little cool, but the blanket is very warm. I slept well. I will be staying in Almaty again. Of the disadvantages, the shower floor is cold. We need some kind of grating mat.
