The LION Hotel is completely not perceived as a new place to get used to - it immediately falls on the soul so much that you just don't want to leave it. Advantages: location, parking, 24-hour reception, friendly reception staff, snack vending machine, cheap rooms.
Cons: poor ventilation in the toilet (on the third day, the room frankly smelled of toilet and dampness), an uncomfortable bathroom, breakfast was monotonous and average in taste, and they did not offer a choice of coffee / tea, although it turned out there was a choice. We tried to have dinner at the cafe at the hotel, the food was tasteless and the service was long. We ate in another place.
The royal interior is for an amateur, unusual, I cannot evaluate it.

Plus: the reception is open 24 hours, they went to a meeting and placed us with a cat, arrived at night, took money in rubles as a deposit, changed it in the morning and paid tenge, the room is large, beautiful. Классный отель! Провели там 2 ночи. Интерьер в стиле "дорого-богато", все чисто, аккуратно. Персонал приветливый. На каждом этаже кулер с водой, что очень круто. Завтрак вполне приличный, лёгкий, но одинаковый каждый день. Нам очень понравилось.

Красивый отель, номер просторный, большая удобная кровать, в ванной комнате просторно имеются все предметы личной гигиены, тапочки одноразовые, халат. Завтрак два вида на выбор яичница или омлет такой себе выбор, но все было очень вкусно и сытно

Хороший номер, приветливый персонал, чисто, уютно. Единственный минус кондиционер гудит очень громко, спать невозможно с ним. Сауна в здании, недорого, с хорошим бассейном и бильярдом. Отдельное спасибо администратору Ольге, профессионал своего дела.

Приветливый, очень приятный персонал. Чистые аккуратные номера. Стоянка авто напротив входа. Рядом с отелем банки , если потребуется поменять деньги, кафе, магазины.
Минус в том что чемоданы по лестницам приходится носить от входа до рецепшн, он как бы на втором этаже расположен, а так все вобщем неплохо.

Хороший отель. Прилично все, чисто, уютно. Персонал внимательный. Мне нравится. Левый берег. Есть классная сауна и парная с бассейном.

Гостиница очень старая. Все очень уставшее: интерьер, сантехника, постельное и полотенца. Видно, что стараются держать ее в норме, но похоже бюджетов на обновление нет. Слышимость сильная, слышно, что происходит в соседних номерах из-за отсутствия порогов на дверях номеров.
Плюсом: приветливый персонал, не плохой WiFi, рядом есть не плохие заведения, кулинария, обмен валют. Старая часть города, довольно тихая и уютная.

Обслуживание ужасное, в номерах убирают только после выезда постояльцев. Завтрак неплохой, но однообразный - яичница с сосисками и маленькая булочка с чаем из пакетика. Душевая отделана мрамором, когда пол мокрый, очень легко поскользнуться. В душевой нет ни одной полочки, мыло или шампунь приходится ставить на мокрый пол. В номере днём слышны крики из сауны, а вечером и ночью - из ресторана. По ТВ можно смотреть только youtube, нет ни одного канала. Короче, никому не могу советовать.

Долго искали гостинницу, в инете стоит другой адрес. На ресепшене сказали: 2й год не можем поменять. Армянский дизайн. Дорого богато. Лепнина, золото, картины, дорожки. Стоянка для машин бесплатная. До центра и достопримечательностей примерно 7 остановок (хотя в описании сказано: шаговая доступность). Завтрак: официанты Индусы, сложно обьяснить прожарку яиц( в крутую или сопли) кофе только растворимый. По цене не дорого. Выезжали рано утром, завтрак с собой был лучше.

Достаточно чисто. Но на шкафах пыли очень много.
В целом все понравилось ,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал,но сауна круглосуточная это треш ,музыка орет до глубокой ночи ,благо админ может утихомирить👍

Отличный вариант за такие деньги. Завтрак так себе, что странно, ибо ужин в том же ресторане очень даже. Очень чисто, мебель и ремонт довольно свежие, всё работает, халаты тапки полотенца наборы для гигиены всё норм. Персонал отзывчив и находчив.

Поставлю 3 звезды, часто бывал, ну во первых сам отель трехзвоздочный, но в каждом номере есть какой то минус, например в номере 221, все подушатано, в номере 222 проваливается матрас на кровати в 223 только вроде все норм было. В других номерах не был. Посуды нет надо просить ее и ждать, не всегда есть средства гигиены, тоже надо звонить на рессепшен и просить, вроде мелочи, но блин...могли бы и за ранее нормально номера готовить.

Гостиница -бомба! Чисто, уютно, всё есть от гелей до сейфа) а вот ресторан при гостинице (им он не принадлежит) ужасен, за 6 тысяч тенге горелая яичница, растворимый кофе, и персонал, который не знает ни русский , ни казахский язык.
