It's a disgusting place! The staff is brazen and aggressive! Noisily.The cleaners seem to be at a resort , yelling while they clean up , communicating loudly ! The guy with glasses at the reception is arrogant , he doesn 't want to be disturbed, it 's like he 's not at work ! They are Egyptians, all the staff.negative ones! And it 's cold in the room , cleaning is not every day .The hair dryer didn't work in my room, there was a shelf out the window ! The horror! They also have the Calais Hotel in Milan, also the most evil staff
