I am very grateful to the staff of this clinic! I trust my pets only to these professional hands! One of my cats had an eye operation, everything went perfectly. My second daughter, Luna (gray fur), was generally returned from the other world. She has been treated and treated for so long. But this work has yielded results, the cat is grateful for her well-being. I have no doubts at all about my choice of vet clinic. For the price, I also want to express respect for the collective work. I wasn't robbed to the skin. I was warned how much a hospital day costs (and these days turned out to be the most budget-friendly), I knew what I was paying for. And after discharge, they did not leave us, we followed the recommendations as expected and went for tests, which were also reasonable in amount. I won't stop saying thank you for what these people are doing!!! And the best part is that it's all with soul and trepidation. My cats were both petted and inspected, and did not stupidly sit in a cage getting their dose of kspelnitsa!!!!

In May of this year, our already grown-up Sonny had an eye operation (prolapse of the third century), at that time he was 4 months old. With great respect, I express my deep gratitude to Elena Dmitrievna, for her kind and sympathetic heart, high professionalism, for her sensitive and attentive attitude to her patient. Our seal Fillet underwent surgery to remove the left eye, we removed the right eye a little earlier and in another clinic. After the operation in that other clinic, there were so many postoperative pains for both me and the cat that I could not decide on an operation to remove the next eye. Then the suture bled for so long after the operation and it took so long for everything to heal, that sometimes it seemed to me that this nightmare would never end.

They did castration, called back after the operation, told how everything went, fed the cat and after watching for some time, they said that they could take it away. They gave good postoperative recommendations. The clinic has a pleasant atmosphere, without fuss. The doctor examined the cat carefully and answered all the questions. They brought the cat for sterilization. We arrived at 10 a.m. because our volunteer said so, who picked up the cat and handed it to us. The clinic said that the cat could be picked up at 5 p.m. The volunteer herself brought the other cats to the operation by 11, i.e. within an hour our cat was on the waiting list alone and was waiting for her operation.
As a result, the administrator called us at 17:00 and said that the operation had not yet begun. He says they have their own criteria for when to operate on someone. When we asked if at least the cat had been watered for so long (because the cat had been without food and water since the evening), the administrator grinned and said: "Are you afraid that your kitty will get thin?"
As a result: rhinotracheitis worsened in the cat due to stress (doctors at this clinic diagnosed it themselves and told them to avoid stress). It seems to us that in order to hush up the incident, they made a discount on sterilization and put food in the carrier (immediately after the cat woke up from anesthesia, she would not be able to eat). And also in the statement it says the time of the appeal at 17:51 (when we already took it at 18).
Why it was impossible to have an operation in an hour in the morning while she was alone - there is no answer, why they were so delayed - there is no answer.
There are no questions about the operation itself, it was performed well.

I recommend this vet clinic to everyone.The entire staff is not only competent and professional, but most importantly attentive and loving of animals.We have been contacted twice about vaccinations and sterilization of our Baby.After the operation, all the animals are fed wet food, and our kitty was even carried in her arms, because she refused to sit in the carrier.Seeing such love and care, the animal is not nervous, it is calm. We will come here for annual vaccinations.Thanks again to all the staff!!!

I sincerely thank the entire staff of the veterinary clinic. The only ones who adopted a kitten 4.5 months old with panleukopenia, when other veterinary clinics determined "not a tenant". We took the baby out - now we are recovering at home. Kind and careful attitude towards pets is felt immediately. Doctors with big hearts work here. Wonderful doctors! They treated my cat as if it were their pet, and most importantly, they solved the problem without surgery, although the state clinic told us that nothing but surgery would help.
