I signed up for a tooth extraction on 05.11.2025 to Lilia Gennadievna Yudovich, I liked the doctor, after reading a negative review here, I was afraid to go in vain, a good human attitude. I went into the office and signed the consent for removal, and the doctor injected the anesthesia and examined how the anesthesia began to work. I removed the tooth very carefully, I talked about my actions during the tooth, I didn't feel any pain in the wax. After the removal, she gave me a leaflet and told me not to eat for two hours. At the moment, after tooth extraction, the gum heals just fine.

I am very grateful to you, I started the wisdom tooth, and I honestly admit that I was very afraid of dentists, but he got so sick that there was no choice. I called one clinic, they only have an appointment for May, I called Lislada and found time on the same day. Tooth extraction literally took 1-3 minutes (taking into account that they sewed up and injected anesthesia and waited for it to take effect) well, 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and take a picture of the tooth. After the anesthesia was gone, the tooth didn't hurt at all from the word, there was no swelling, there was no fever, in general, after the horror stories from tiktok, I was so happy that everything was fine with me 👌🏻 I didn't take painkillers, but I drank the antibiotic for 5 days. I contacted Lislada by phone on 02/03/2025. The answering machine service was not working properly. It was announced that it would take one minute to wait for the connection with the operator. After a minute, the waiting time increased to two minutes, then to three, four, five… As a result, the operator answered at 7 minutes of the call. After asking the operator why I had to wait so long, and it was stated to be a minute, I was told: call beltelecom. Then there were excuses that she was working alone, and questions about what I should tell you.… In general, I was VERY unhappy with the communication with the operator. After such an answer, there is no desire to go to this medical institution.
