A wonderful and beautiful place! There is everything necessary for living, from a hair dryer, towels, bath accessories to a corkscrew, a wireless speaker and cool books. The communication signal and mobile Internet almost do not work, but there is Wi-Fi, in general, all conditions for a vacation outside the city without a phone (freelancers keep in mind) The hosts are friendly and excellent. The font was heated even too well, they waited for two hours so that they could get in there at all. The sauna with a panoramic window is beautiful, but it was very dry, maybe we don't understand something, but it was very dry, it was difficult to breathe, but these are small things, rest 10/10

If you want to relax in peace and quiet with a VIP service, then this is definitely not the place!
We rented a green house with a friend for the weekend, relax and do a photo shoot. The house itself and the territory are beautiful, everything is very beautiful, cozy, stylish, functional, warm. A lot of plants and decor, wonderful lighting (only the lamp above the painting stuck, and we couldn't turn it off at night. And the kettle let steam through and burned my hands, but that's all the little things).
Of the serious disadvantages. At first, we did not have the firewood stated in the list, bathrobes and slippers, as well as gas for lighting the fireplace. The manager was informed about this, the manager responded promptly enough, which cannot be said about the assistant. We waited for all the above-mentioned things for a total of almost 4 hours, because they were brought separately and far from immediately, All this time we could not cook dinner on the fire (by the way, the firewood turned out to be raw and it was not easy to light them even with liquid), nor warm up by the fireplace, nor undress and calmly go to a long-heated font. The font, by the way, had a slippery coating inside, as if it had been badly washed, but we did not start a showdown, we wanted to relax and forget about all these shortcomings.
At 9 a.m., we woke up to noise and knocks, and through the panoramic windows we noticed men walking back and forth. It's scary, you know. We are there in our pajamas and naked, and we have strangers on the site! It turned out that right next to our house, the workers were building a bathhouse, as if nothing had happened, leaving a suitcase with tools on the porch (where we were going to take pictures) and periodically going out to smoke at the gate!!! The manager was very surprised, because the builders somehow magically came to work on Thursday instead of Monday! But how would they get into the territory without keys? So there was an agreement after all? And maybe it's worth finishing the construction first, and then renting the house?..
In addition, construction work was carried out on the neighboring site, which also did not add to the silence. And seeing a man on the roof behind a fence is also not the most pleasant thing for people who love privacy.
The manager replied negatively to our offer to extend the stay for an hour due to all these inconveniences and expectations, because then there would not be enough time for cleaning. And then, hello, an hour before the deadline for our eviction, an assistant with a mop and a canister reappears at the site and begins to wash the font!!! Excuse me, then why do you need 3 hours for cleaning if the assistant came an hour earlier?? It would be better if they washed it like this before our arrival...
Perhaps we were so unlucky, all these are mistakes of the staff, not the owners, but we also need to pay more attention to the selection of staff, since the house has the status of "VIP".
It's a pity when such a beautiful place does not leave the most wonderful impressions. We will not recommend it to our friends and we will not go any more (although we planned to).

The place of rest is located close to Minsk 27 km., in dry weather the road is good. Cozy separate territory of each house, as much as possible preserved living vegetation (trees).
The house itself is very stylish and comfortable, all the details of the design are taken into account. There are towels for the body, hair, hands and feet. There is shampoo, balm, shower gel, brushes and paste! Dishes, USB speaker, bed linen, tea, coffee. In this regard, everything is super!
The font was heated to hot, it kept warm for a long time. There is a Jacuzzi and a backlight, it looks spectacular for a photo.
There is a fire pit area with a grill, comfortable wooden deck chairs, a wood fire pit. There is a covered gazebo with swings and bag chairs.
Why I'm shooting a star :
1. We ruined all the vegetables that we cooked on the grill!
because the firewood for coal turned out to be coniferous!
After cooking the products, they were not edible, they were completely soaked with a specific smell and taste of "ala eucalyptus" 🥺
2. The water in the font was clean, but there was clearly a stale plaque on the walls of the bath.
3. The WiFi was constantly thrown away, did not give a pickup, loaded poorly
4. No matter how much I would like to carefully get out of the water and wet my body with sweat, the water still flows and drips. There are tiles on the floor in the house, puddles of water were still formed. Especially if you are 4 people and you swim for 3-4 hours. You still run into the house for various reasons. There is no mop, no floor rag to remove water from the floor and not slip on it.
In general, I put 8 out of 10. The rest turned out great, I can safely recommend the place. I wrote comments only so that the owners would pay attention to them or new vacationers

Потрясающее место. Необычный стильный дом, горячая купель на открытом воздухе, баня с большим окном, сосновый лес, уединение. Из плюсов - всегда оцениваю качество мебели и сантехники - не придраться. Все качественное. В доме , где мы отдыхали, был проектор. Баня добротная и явно недешевая, как часто любят делать в агроусадьбах. Т е. подход серьезный. Территория ухоженная. Понравилось, что есть несколько зон для посиделок. И то, что дома огороженные. Есть дополнительные платные услуги, но мы не воспользовались. Сюда хочется вернуться.

Despite the fact that they were in winter, I paid attention to the mosquito nets that are on every window and door, so that in summer mosquitoes should not interfere with sleep. The house has an air conditioner and, if not enough, a heater. But the house is very warm, and even the window had to be left open. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was generally pleasing.
The font is a separate kind of high. In winter, this is what you need. Just keep in mind that initially the water there is very hot, and when you remove the casing, you will need to wait 15 minutes until the water becomes normal temperature. A small minus - there was a plaque a la scum on the walls of the font. Not critical, but still.
It's perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle for one day. Except that there was a small nuance with the road - for 4 kilometers to the houses, it does not become very good at all, and on a relatively low compartment (yes, I found something to go to the village in winter) It's not getting very pleasant to get there.
Of the things that caused discomfort - there was no connection at all (at the time of arrival, the phone tower was not working), and a very small Wi-Fi radius - near the barbecue constantly lost connection.

Good afternoon! The house and grounds are very beautiful. However, the rest was completely ruined by the owners vacationing in the neighboring house. There is zero reaction to the comments. I came to rest or listen to animals screaming until three in the morning. Now it is clear why this complex has so many free dates. If you want to significantly strain yourself for 600 rubles, then the place is amazing, I recommend it, their promised "service", "privacy and silence" is beyond praise

I would like to share my birthday vacation spent at your cottage.
The house itself with the entire territory adjacent to it is as comfortable as possible with all amenities, the bathhouse and font are generally at a height, melted from the heart!
However, there is a big BUT, the wifi did not work.
When I found a place from where I somehow got in touch and tried to call the manager, who, as you say, will be happy to help resolve any issue, we encountered tactlessness and rudeness, the issue was not resolved, as well as no answer was received when it appears. I think that you know that you have a problem with communication, I would like the issue with the settlement of Wi-Fi to be resolved immediately, since it is impossible to stay for a day without communication with the outside world in modern realities. We spent the whole vacation without the Internet, so many of the key opportunities why we chose you were not used by us, although we had a clear picture in our head of how we want to spend this day. Unfortunately, no board games were found in the kitchen cupboard, as you indicated. Needless to say, our vacation, mood and holiday were "slightly" spoiled.
Does your company consider such a situation normal, to stay for a day without Internet and communication on your birthday?
