The admins are working very poorly, and I was at the scrub+ capsule procedure. The capsule did not work and there was only very cold water, I lay in it half-naked. My specialist opened the capsule door for 20 minutes and wanted to regulate it. I was left without any procedure. They asked me to take a shower to wash off the scrub because the capsule does not work And downstairs. They just took the money for the whole procedure, I said that the capsule did not work, they said <but probably something related to the pipes and calmly took the entire amount)))>

The most expensive and most useless facial cleansing. I went to Anna, and she was the only one who was approved by my cosmetologist, whom I went to in Tbilisi, with the expectation that I would receive the same service and result that I was used to from my cosmetologist. The service was zero, they didn't even offer a blanket, I was lying on the couch and realized that I was freezing. Terrible cost savings: the mask was applied to me in such a ridiculous amount that half of my face ended up without a mask. Cleaning by a maximum of 30%, because when I came home, I saw that there was just a whole bunch of comedones left on my forehead and cheeks. I don't mention the black dots on my nose and chin: they weren't touched at all. It's a nightmare, honestly. In their insta price list, facial cleansing is from 15 thousand drams, I paid 20 (why, I wonder, I'm used to one clear price list, which also includes ultrasonic cleaning). The cosmetologist also suggested cauterizing some comedones with electric current, I don't know anything about it, I've never heard of it, I don't know how effective it is or if it's worth it at all. The photo shows the number of masks that were applied – cosmetics are clearly being saved. Well, the result is also the skin after cleansing!!! I used to come to the cleaning with this kind of skin.… I don't mind the money, it's a pity that there is no result. I went to get cleaned, but in the end they cleaned only the largest ones.…

An amazing clinic, wildly captivates their attitude towards clients, the Lapushki administrators are very friendly and sweet always, it's nice to return there. I went to a cosmetologist for a consultation and procedure (a wonderful specialist!) and for laser hair removal (low bow to the nice girl who is engaged in me), I am 100/100🫶 p.s. In addition to the fact that the atmosphere there is really inviting, there is a convenient record via Instagram, and always lovely employees, the laser is very powerful. Thanks for everything!
