We had a kindergarten in this building. Underground parking for small cars! If you are driving an SUV, minibus or a long car, avoid this parking lot.

Oh, and yes, the technical floor with sooooo noisy air conditioners and chillers is on the 1st floor like. It's super super noisy. We must live higher

Excellent sandy beach, free of charge. All the necessary infrastructure is available: free changing rooms and toilets. Give me a little money. Near the city and all sorts of goodies.
