I, Yaroslav Maskunov Alekseevich, left Kazan for Donetsk on 06/02/2024 by shuttle bus with reg. number K069VN (180 region) company “Livotrans". During the trip, the bus driver (name unknown) violated my rights as a consumer:
- the ticket on the website cost 5000 rubles, the dispatcher before the trip abruptly announced an increase in the cost - 6000 rubles. There was no warning about the transfer in Samara. The carriers were misled by information about the direct flight Kazan - Donetsk.
During the trip to Samara, the driver demanded to refund the cost of luggage, i.e. to pay 3,000 rubles, after persuasion, he dropped the cost to 1,000 rubles (thereby proving that there are no established rates for transporting luggage). At the time of transfer to the bus with reg. number K069VN, the above-mentioned driver made rude and ambiguous jokes towards my fiancee while I was not around, in the middle of the way he stopped the bus with a demand and extortion to re-pay for luggage, despite the fact that we had already paid for both tickets and luggage. After refusing to re-pay for the luggage, this "biba" began threatening violent actions and, as he put it, "I will throw you off the bus in Saratov without a refund." We were forced to re-pay for the luggage. The dispatcher did not respond to the appeal, completely ignored. We have not seen any receipts/price lists. They didn't give us anything. Due to the negligence of the carrier and extortion of drivers, instead of the previously announced 11,000 rubles, we spent 16,000 rubles, it was lucky that we bargained with the first driver, so we would have to pay 20,000 rubles. There were children and elderly people on the bomb bus, but this did not prevent him from using obscene language and swearing in front of everyone. The aggression of the driver was directed not only towards us, but also towards others. He insulted a passenger during a stop, belittling his honor and dignity in front of others. The aggressive behavior of this character lasted throughout the entire trip, he expressed his disrespect to everyone. This "bidet" cannot work with people in the service sector, I advise him to visit a psychiatrist and drink rabies sedatives. As for the carrier company itself, I ask you to check the activities of Livotrans for extortion and violation of consumer rights. The company is misleading them, and I also ask you to suspend the biba driver from work.
It would be nice if you reimbursed the cost of twice-paid baggage
