When asking questions about repairs, I was faced with rudeness and disrespect. The service takes tools for repair, knowing that they do not have spare parts to repair it, and then they demand money for diagnostics, although the client does not refuse repair. Also at the reception, when I did pick up my tool after a six-month repair, I was told that the head wanted to personally say "a few words" to me, according to the intonation of his deputy, not the most affectionate) In general, the service did not meet expectations, and I do not recommend it, especially if you appreciate a polite and professional attitude.
