Hello. I contacted this service regarding urgent repairs. I am very pleased with the result of the work! however, one moment raised a question, when communicating with the manager on the selection of spare parts and repair in general, I was sent immediately to the master, who was busy with the work of another client, but without question put aside the tool and helped me pick up a spare part and did everything in the best possible way as required from the service of this level, not quite the meaning of the initial communication with the manager is clear if I get advice from the master anyway. It was a very awkward moment, I had to get in with my questions because it was clear that the master was busy. I would like the manager to understand a little what they are working with in order to get advice faster, and not just work as an "arrow". I wish you growth and development. Thank you.(Special thanks to Master Stanislav, as it was urgently necessary to finish the work, the person was understanding and did not refuse, as they did in other services)!

I recently used the services of a tool repair service and was extremely dissatisfied. The attitude of employees towards customers leaves much to be desired, as well as the management itself. When asking questions about repairs, I was faced with rudeness and disrespect. The service takes tools for repair, knowing that they do not have spare parts to repair it, and then they demand money for diagnostics, although the client does not refuse repair. Also at the reception, when I did pick up my tool after a six-month repair, I was told that the head wanted to personally say "a few words" to me, according to the intonation of his deputy, not the most affectionate) In general, the service did not meet expectations, and I do not recommend it, especially if you appreciate a polite and professional attitude.

Thank you all very much!After contacting me, the manager did not refuse to help and helped with the details of my rare Rebir)))Although after six calls to other services, spare parts were refused for this model.The next day, I went to the service and bought the necessary parts.But now the most interesting thing)) The master said that the repair work will be ready only next week, as there are many orders. Then I asked the master only to remove the locking ring, so that I could repair the Rebir myself at home.The master did not refuse!I took off the locking ring, disassembled my unit and struggled for an hour with removing the gear and bearings!He worked with the press, warmed up with a heater (if I didn't insist), but he did it and I'm very grateful to him for that!That's how you should treat your job!!! The button in the mixer is broken. I bought a new one in this store. I replaced it, but it doesn't work. I came back to them with a disassembled mixer so that the master could assess at a glance if I had connected the button incorrectly. The master did not deign to rise from his seat. He told me to leave the tool for a couple of days for repairs. You will have to buy a new mixer so that there is no downtime. Well, I wish this service to be more attentive to customers, and, of course, never to them again. And I don't advise others.

Good day. I sincerely hope that the owner of the store will see this review, and not just the "weak" director in the person of a certain Alice. The level of service and lack of competence of this employee as a director is amazing. We, the trading organization, asked for a small service before the arrival of our employee to print out the invoice and reset its scan / photo (the goods were paid in full) this was required in order to promptly send the goods to our client. It would seem that there was nothing special in the request, but the "director Alice" having previously agreed, changed her mind after 3 minutes and wrote a refusal in Viber without even being able to argue it with anything. In conversation, she said that we were taking up her time and hung up the phone saying we will refund your money! The level of work of "Director Alice" is a counter in the market.
