For such a tiny price, it would definitely be 5. It would be twice as expensive, it would be possible to put 4. But full-fledged apartments with a microwave, kettle, cooler and bathroom for 22 bucks is a dream. The furniture, of course, is battered in places, and the cleanliness is not exactly shining, an adept of order will find some dust on the baseboards, but for such money, everything is perfect.
