I was glad that the operators work until 21.00, at 20.20 I got through and they picked up an appointment for me the next day. During the appointment, the doctor examined her daughter, checked her eyesight, diagnosed, prescribed drops, gave recommendations. The eye returned to normal on the second day, tomorrow is the last day of treatment. The reception cost 57 rubles and 55 kopecks.

Today, on 20.11.2023, I applied for a second consultation with Kubarko Yu . A. Initially treated with visual impairment. I came with pain and a feeling of pressure in the eye and an education on the eyeball, during the examination, the doctor told me that she did not see anything terrible and the pressure was normal, but if the state of health worsened, go to the hospital. Only after I began to insist that I didn't feel well, they widened my pupil, examined me and put ointment on me!!!! They didn't tell me anything about the visual impairment again!!!

There are great specialists in LODE. It's not so easy to get to them, usually an appointment for a month in advance, a waiting list. In general, this is an ordinary medical center. No special effects. My children have been visiting a particular ophthalmologist and neurologist for many years, these are doctors whom you trust and whom you will go to any clinic for. The staff at the check-in and payment desk is often emotionless: where to? Last name? the payment method? No smile, no candy for the child. In the children's department, we would like to pay more attention to young patients. I always have to wait for an appointment, I do not remember such that when I arrived at the appointed time, I immediately got into the office. We are waiting within 10 minutes, it is not critical. The cost of services is average in the city. There is confusion about the cost of consultations: primary, secondary, ... I do not understand why a consultation with a doctor performing certain manipulations cannot be included or excluded from the receipt altogether. I doubt the surgeon's ability to consult an abscess without opening it, or is consultation in this case supposed to be in the form of a recommendation of a medical treatment regimen?! It is not completely clear, In general, the conclusion is this: if there is a competent specialist who conducts an appointment in LODE, we go to LODE, if not, then the choice of LODE in a series of other centers is not obvious.
