The doctor's appointment was about 30-40 minutes, after all the manipulations, they gave me a mirror to look at the result of the work done. Because I did it for the first time, I was in strange feelings and everything seemed to be fine visually on the front teeth. But when I arrived home, I was disappointed after examining the result of the work, because all the teeth that are located far away were not cleaned. I was charged about 250 rubles for this service.

The result (1 visit-autopsy, medicine, temporary seal - 80 rub .2nd visit autopsy, nerve removal, canal filling (3)+ temporary seal -220 rub. Make a conclusion, probably another permanent seal will be 200 rubles... Total visit to LoDe - 500 rub 1 tooth.....they give me a contract to sign, which does not specify that the tooth is being treated for so long. It is not specified that in a guaranteed case you must be accepted without waiting in line...the record is 1 month in advance...draw your own conclusions...

By the way, it would be nice to offer coffee or water to patients after taking blood. But okay, these are small things. The tests themselves were ready on April 1, but no one notified me about it in any way, on April 2 I called myself - they sent them to me, and only on April 3 they sent an SMS that the tests were ready:) And that's still half the trouble. What basically caused the negative assessment was that I placed an order for a biochemical blood test, but in the end I received a general one. After a brief clarification of the circumstances, I was informed that the laboratory would still do a biochemical analysis for me, but not all of it, except for 4 indicators. As a result, they sent the result the next day, again only after my call, and it turned out that I already had a male gender, and as they explained to me, there was just an error when making the card, but in the general analysis and hormones that were sent to me earlier, the gender was correctly indicated - female. It is unclear how this happened, but the card was already opened. As a result, I have an incomplete biochemical blood test, probably mine, wasted time, money and nerves, since I certainly do not have confidence in such test results. Yes, they wrote to me on Viber that they were upset and apologized, but I have nothing from this, I repeat, I have no confidence in the results.

But for the insurance company, you need a photocopy of the referral for an MRI scan to reimburse insurance costs. I asked to make a photocopy of the document at the reception, but they refused. They said there was no copier, I asked about the scanner, and they said there was no scanner. Dear management, a copier is necessary at the reception, sometimes you need to keep a copy of the document for yourself when the doctor takes the original document to the medical history. Buy a copier, such a center, it seems like a small thing, but not nice.

The doctor asked me how many times I needed this procedure, I replied that I did not know that I was simply sent to the clinic for flushing. And I asked her if, as a doctor, she couldn't tell me herself how many procedures I would need. To which she replied to me that this is already a consultation, and consultation is already other money. And I told him either to make an appointment for a consultation or to go back to the ENT clinic so that he would tell me the number of procedures. To my other questions like "what are the restrictions after the procedure, after what time can I repeat the procedure", she did not answer, although she said a hundred times that it all turns out to be a consultation and a different price. Thanks to this doctor, I will take my entire course elsewhere, and I also canceled my appointment with other doctors, because this attitude seemed strange to me. Why pull money out of a client? If you have a difficult dental situation, then they definitely won't help you here, but they will only pull money out. The doctor got it wrong that the picture was taken with them and paid for it. In fact, I didn't take a picture of them. It's good that the girl at the reception clarified where I took the picture. In general, the payment system is not transparent at all. It's not clear what I'm paying for in the end and whether I was counted correctly. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and money on this office. We had an appointment with a child with this doctor Grzybowski with angina. The level of professional skills is below the baseboard. I had to drag out every word. The treatment regimen was not clearly described, only: 3% hydrogen peroxide, Iodinol, furosol. How to rinse, how long - nothing was prescribed, he only told me in words, after my million questions. In addition, when asked how much to rinse, he said until the plaque goes away, although according to the instructions, you can rinse with Iodinol for no more than 5 days, furosol for no more than 7 days (another ENT doctor later told us about this). And the biggest mistake of the doctor was prescribing an antibiotic of the wrong shape and dosage, respectively. After the reception, we went to buy at a nearby pharmacy, the pharmacist was confused that there was no such form of antibiotics. I had to go back to the doctor to clarify. In the end, he didn't even apologize and was unperturbed, saying that there had been such a form before. I do not recommend this specialist.

We were prescribed Levomekol ointment with an antibiotic to put in our nose, although the child had a normal nosebleed with no signs of infection. An antibacterial ointment is not needed in this case and can do harm. It can irritate the nasal mucosa of a child. The doctor also recommended the use of hydrogen peroxide, which can burn the nasal mucosa. When asked about Aqua Maris, we were told that it dries the mucous membrane, as it contains salt. But Aqua Maris is a sterile ISOTONIC solution of seawater, which just moisturizes the mucous membrane, especially with dexpanthenol. Unfortunately, this approach to treatment raises big questions. I cannot recommend this specialist, as such appointments may harm rather than help.
