And I need to clarify that the nurse, in addition to taking blood, had to waste time and enter the entire list of tests I needed, since it was missing from the database. Although, as I wrote above, the recording was done through a call center and all the tests I needed were listed. Also, in the chat with the call center, I warned that I would have a glucose tolerance test. This study takes about two hours. How could the nurse of the treatment room manage to complete all the blood samples in ten minutes? Thank you very much to Yanina Sergeevna for accepting me in the free "window". However, I waited 40 minutes. I was supposed to be free at 10:30 a.m., but I actually got out at 12:10 p.m. An extremely unpleasant situation due to lost time.When you pay 200 rubles for a service, you expect something else. It also turned out that in order to take the glucose tolerance test, it was necessary to have a bottle with me, which I was not warned about. I try to calmly explain to my son what he needs to do and how everything will go. Both the doctor and the nurse start interrupting me and trying to tell my son something too. They clucked and rolled their eyes at my remark not to interrupt me. When I asked them why they were behaving like that, they said they weren't doing anything like that. And so. This is passive aggression. And I'm ready to face it in a regular clinic, but not in a clinic where I pay 80-90 rubles for an appointment. Then the reception went quite well.
