They were eager to get me to visit, calling back twice, offering better times. I accepted the later one (for 16.00) and went. There are 2 clinics, 1 for children, 1 for adults, I needed to find which was which and arrived at the correct clinic at 16.04, going to the 3rd floor and waiting to be checked in. I was told that since it was 16.07 the doctor already had another paitent and couldn't see me. I was informed that after 5mins my appointment was voided. At no time was I told about this or had it sent to me (by SMS). I asked if I could see the doctor after, but was told no. Terrible customer service.

It is also convenient to get there, there is a metro station nearby, buses and minibuses run, the place is quite popular and it is unlikely to get lost. Compact, warm building, there are no long queues under the offices, thanks to competent recording. It is clean, there are vending machines with coffee and free water.
I can't help but note that your visit history and conclusions are stored in the database and any doctor can look at the conclusions or test results (you can also take the Lode) and you will not need to carry papers with you or remember the last time you did something. Comfortable.

A very cool and modern medical center for children! I advise everyone... The staff is very friendly, kind and positive towards children. We visited many specialists (my son is 3 years old) does not like doctors very much, but everything went just super well, all doctors clearly know their business, know how to choose an approach to a child (and they are all different), I especially want to mention the surgeon!!! I am very pleased with the result, no one will look for diseases at your expense!!! The prices are quite adequate, the doctors are qualified! In a word, I recommend it!!!

I did an MRI on the issue of oncology, everything seemed to be fine, MRI, scans, disk, but the huge problem is that my oncologist in Alexandrov could not open the disk, it is protected by the lode program.
Attempts to re-record the disk in the lode where I had to go again did not help, the problem remained.
The images taken selectively by a lode specialist did not fit, since it was necessary to clearly measure the irradiation zone.
As a result, the time spent riding back and forth with bleeding and repeated MRI in Alexandrov.
There are shortcomings in the work of the center specifically in my case, I was told why, where and why an MRI is being done, but not a single word was said about the problem of reading the disk, although I am not the first and obviously not the last...

I had an MRI scan last night. Despite the fact that our time was 3:30, we were in a good mood. We arrived on time, in 10 minutes, as we were asked. But Dr. Kisel AA, who was not in a good mood, quickly spoiled it for us. I have never encountered such rudeness in private clinics. They stopped being rude to us only after my daughter started crying, and I started talking in raised tones. For further clarifying questions (for example, which clothes to take off, which to leave)They didn't answer us. If I needed the examination and not my daughter, I would have left immediately. I recommend thinking several times before doing an MRI in the LODE with Dr. KISEL AA.

We came from another city , but they tell us that you can't sign up for an ultrasound online. Kaaaaaak if the recording is confirmed by SMS . Definitely one of the best medical centers in Belarus, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and most importantly, professionals work in their field. This applies to doctors, nurses, and service personnel. Everything is done there in such a way as to save your time, nerves and, most importantly, your health! There are a lot of visitors, but there are no queues! I passed the tests, so I did it in 5 minutes, and if I had passed it in a regular clinic, an hour would not have been enough! Doctors know their job for sure! So I definitely recommend it!

I turned to this clinic to this doctor because I was given a choice when visiting many clinics in Minsk. I came here to hear another opinion from a "competent doctor", as it turned out, in a pickle, at least in my situation. I have a fibroadenoma of the breast, I have all the tests on my hands, ultrasound, puncture, etc. A ready conclusion for a (planned) non-emergency operation. And since I was offered a choice, I could go to several clinics, I went to LODE because it's convenient for ME! And the doctor Kolobukhov A.E. decided to ask questions and focus more on why I am running around clinics in Minsk and looking for help and opinions. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THE ANSWER ABOVE! I have a choice and I choose! The doctor hesitated until the last moment to outline all the nuances of my operation and tell me NO. THANK YOU.

During six months of communication with various specialists in this field, the cause of the disease was not identified, and effective treatment was not prescribed. When the doctor apparently realized that he simply did not understand what to do with me and, six months later (!!) He said that this was generally the specifics of another direction (which was never indicated during all the time of my appeals), and after my subsequent visits to doctors of another direction, including in state polyclinics, I realized that I had spent a lot of money, time and health on nothing.

Today, on 07/11/24, At 8:30, I visited Lode on Independence 58a, was at an appointment with a gynecologist Sinevich G. L., conducted an ultrasound OMT to determine pregnancy. The incompetence of the doctor expressed in a rough and unpleasant examination, careless insertion of the device, and after the remark, continued to make sharp and unpleasant movements of the ultrasound device. She scared me with terrible diagnoses, and after finally determining the term of pregnancy, she dryly read them for the nurse's record, without even telling me as a patient. She silently handed her husband a picture, sat down, and then said a couple of clarifying words through her teeth. Instead of the joy of confirming pregnancy, I remember the very unpleasant moments of visiting an incompetent doctor. If you don't know how to work with people, retire or work in a laboratory. I do not recommend a gynecologist to anyone Sinevich G. L. I have not met such a rude, unpleasant and cold attitude in my 39 years in any even state clinic. There was a bad impression after visiting the endocrinologist Tretyak I.V. Absolutely indifferent attitude, information needs to be extracted from the doctor, although it would seem that you come to a specialist who, for money, should competently sort everything out.
The result of the consultation: if you are not pregnant, then you do not need anything, you are fine, although the ultrasound specialist (a small bleeding and nodes were found) clearly said that treatment and hormonal control are necessary. Some questions have not been answered.
I hope the management will pay attention to this review of the specialist's work and take appropriate measures.
I absolutely do not recommend this specialist, money is wasted.

I went to another dermatologist, they prescribed a cream that is made in a pharmacy for three kopecks. The result was immediately visible. I was cured and, as it turned out, I did not need to go to the hospital.
