There are 2 clinics, 1 for children, 1 for adults, I needed to find which was which and arrived at the correct clinic at 16.04, going to the 3rd floor and waiting to be checked in. I was told that since it was 16.07 the doctor already had another paitent and couldn't see me. I was informed that after 5mins my appointment was voided. At no time was I told about this or had it sent to me (by SMS). I asked if I could see the doctor after, but was told no. Terrible customer service.

The doctor is a man, it was clear from the last name in the SMS reminder. I've done an MRI scan before, and I know that I need to take off my bra, but still keep my clothes on, so I decided to wear one that doesn't have any underwire or rings on the straps. There was no limit to my surprise and embarrassment when I had to take off everything except my underpants and put on a disposable suit that was completely translucent. I did not come to an appointment with a gynecologist or a mammologist, I did not need urgent medical help, where I need to undress because circumstances require it. A disposable suit is not a problem, but it's transparent, and I'm a woman! I can't say for sure how long I lay inside the device, but no more than 10 minutes, and the procedure itself should have lasted 20 minutes. The doctor took me out of it and informed me that the device needed to be rebooted, and asked me to lie down... After a while, he asked me to get up and go to the changing room, because the device doesn't want to reboot. I sat and waited for 40 minutes... The MRI was done, and at 11:13 p.m. I left the building, into pitch darkness. There is no lighting in the courtyard, why is that??? The MRI recording, in fact, was included in kb, 21-30.
