I've been to a dermatologist's appointment several times. The last prescribed acne treatment didn't come right away, so I started calling to make an appointment. The first attempt to re-enroll was by the end of September. Then again in early October and then again at the end of October. They said I was on the waiting list, and they marked it as urgent. It's already the middle of November and I still haven't had an appointment with a specialist. The face has become worse than before the treatment. It is not clear how to resolve the issue.
