I came with my niece for an ultrasound, we were really looking forward to this appointment (ultrasound of the mammary glands), there are problems, we made an appointment with a specific doctor on the recommendation and as a result we were not accepted! The girl at the reception is extremely cold-blooded, she turned it around only because a 16-year-old child should only be with a parent, although last year we visited an orthopedist in another branch and there were no such problems, we were accepted and we received a consultation. We are accepted in any medical center without any problems, and we have never been denied help anywhere. This is an absurd way to treat people who need medical help! And it's even more absurd that different branches have different terms of service.

I want to leave a review about gynecologist-endocrinologist Kolotkova Lyudmila Nikolaevna. She made a non-existent diagnosis only based on ultrasound results, the conclusion of which is insufficient. I didn't notice anything elementary on the ultrasound, I prescribed pills that would have done harm. Fortunately, I decided not to take such serious pills after the conclusion, I studied the information. She left in tears. I cried without a drop of exaggeration all evening, the first two hours I was under tremendous stress. For three more months, I remembered this nightmare with horror. I went to a competent specialist the very next day, who denied everything and I was absolutely healthy. Read the reviews of other girls. Their situations are exactly one-on-one with mine. I am very sorry that I did this only after the reception. The LODE clinic got into the situation and refunded the money for the appointment. I got feedback from them pretty quickly. I was satisfied with the clinic's response and decision on my complaint. The clinic is good, but I'm writing a review about a doctor and I can't give him a good rating. I will give the second star solely out of courtesy to the clinic.

I would like to express my gratitude to the doctor of the ultrasound department, Irina Dubrovskaya. An excellent specialist! There is a great wealth of knowledge of anatomy, physiology and stages of development of the human body, although it is small, in our case. She knows her job perfectly well: attention to detail, tact, quickly and accurately analyzes the images received on the screen (I still don't understand how ultrasound specialists set up pictures-some people spin something there for a long time and are nervous, everything was at the highest level here -definitely in the right hands), which is important when the patient is a child. If you want to do an ultrasound examination without stress for yourself and your baby, visit Irina Ivanovna! A competent specialist will explain everything clearly and to the point, in simple words, the nuances in the conclusion that are incomprehensible to us, ordinary people who are far from medicine. On the call, we made an appointment for a 12.40 heart ultrasound on the 2nd floor, for those reasons we were 5-6 minutes late, no more. The doctor had already taken another patient for an appointment, the next one was sitting without an appointed time at all, he did not answer the question for what time he was. When the patient came out, I apologized for being late and asked very much to see my elderly 84-year-old mother (she was sitting and crying), I just wanted to kneel in front of her, which was categorically refused, there was not even a gram of compassion and understanding. I understand that it's our fault that we were late, but they took the next person instead of us, couldn't they have gone to meet us????? And will my next mom get an ultrasound???
