I am leaving a review about the children's reception at the medical center "Lode" on Lenin Street, Brest. We were satisfied with the visit. The center is clean and tidy. The staff was polite, the registration was quick. The child was treated by neurologist Busko. The doctor is qualified, listened attentively to everything, and conducted the examination carefully. He gave clear explanations and sound recommendations for further actions. Overall, everything went great, with no complaints. We believe that this is a good option for seeking medical help for a child.

We went through the doctors to the school, there were a lot of specialists one day, we got into traffic and were late, we also got soaked in the rain, we thought no one would see us anymore. I don't even know where to start... we came to the reception in Lode with a baby, the main entrance was closed, the announcement was written entrance from Dzerzhinsky Street, we went in there and left the stroller at the entrance, we were released after the reception in 20 minutes, the entrance through which we entered was closed, the central entrance was open, I went to the reception I asked the administrator how it was, and all 3 administrators looked at me appraisingly, none of them apologized and said, what do we have to do with this??? These are workers who were doing repairs and they were closing the entrance... no one even apologized.... Today we were at the doctor's office again, and the doctor asked with displeasure, why did you send the tests to Novomed, and not to Lode?? It seems to me that this is the patient's choice of where to take the tests…

I visited a trichologist with a problem of hair loss.They did a trichoscopy just because I insisted, I wanted to see the whole picture, so that later there would be something to compare it with.The doctor Kunai was at the reception. O.S., I won't say that she advised or prescribed something non-specific for my problem, but now there is much more information on the Internet... and I would like to say separately about the parking lot... it sucks, such a large medical center on Lenin St., and the parking lot on 3-4 car spaces.Next time, I will look for specialists at Pionerskaya to at least park properly.

I would like to express MY DEEP GRATITUDE to the dentists of Lode: Alexander Iosifovich SHAVLINSKY, a dental surgeon, and Nikolai Nikolaevich NOVIK. A year ago, I faced the problem of treating one tooth. It was not an easy case. I visited 4 different doctors in Brest. Everyone threw up their hands and suggested tooth extraction. Some refused to take up treatment, and some immediately announced the amount of treatment without guarantees. They say that we ourselves do not know how it will turn out, it is expensive, and maybe we will have to have prosthetics. She began to search for a doctor by word of mouth, asking doctors she knew, among other things. According to reviews, I got an appointment with Shavlinsky. The doctor immediately outlined a structural plan of action: to carry out diagnostic treatment under a microscope. If during treatment it turns out that the tooth cannot be saved, Shavlinsky will perform an operation to remove one of the problematic roots without removing the tooth!!! Next, I was treated under a microscope by Nikolai Nikolaevich Novik. Nikolai performed the treatment brilliantly, which was confirmed in the picture a year after the treatment. Also, during the treatment, the doctor discovered another channel that cannot be found without a microscope. By the way, some doctors told me at that time that a microscope was just a beautiful word, but it didn't do much good. And, by the way, although my case was difficult, the cost of treatment was not exorbitant, as in some private clinics, where it costs more to simply put a seal. I am very glad that now there are such responsible professionals in their field as Novik and Shavlinsky. I am eternally grateful to them for the treatment!!! I wish them adequate management and grateful patients! And everyone who is faced with difficult moments in treatment: Think a thousand times and take your time! Collect several opinions from doctors and then make a decision.

As a result, we delved into the topic of pregnancy planning. It seemed to me that I was almost accused of having a body mass deficiency in bmi and the tsh 4 hormone was also elevated. When I tried to enter into a constructive dialogue and consult individually from the perspective of my life history and genetic predispositions, I received a sharp remark in response that if I did not need her recommendations, then I might not follow them. Although I just wanted to get an individual consultation, which I'm paying for. As a result, after paying 49 rubles for the appointment, I received zero useful information, but only a spoiled mood and an accusation of wanting to become a mother "in my situation." I was also not pleased that I was addressed as "You", the doctor did not even ask permission for this. This is my first negative experience, I'm sorry.

She immediately gave a bunch of directions for examination, prescribed a bunch of vitamins and gave a bunch of useful recommendations. I recommend following Kozhemyakina V.D., it is worth considering the issue of her dismissal. She doesn't belong in a prestigious center.
